Those are “ spaghetti worms” harmless to us. They live in the meat of all fish/sharks. Just the smaller fish they sent seen. Once the meat is on ice/fridge/freezer. They come to the top. Of the meat. Once they are cooked you’ll never know. Or wait till they come to the top and pull them off the meat.
