I had success getting the front foam rubber bit to stay using rubber cement. Just coat the plastic surfaces of the chair which the pad touches and the parts of the pad that touch the chair, then allow to dry till it becomes tacky to the touch and put the two pieces together. Be careful to align it correctly as it will be difficult to remove. With that mod, it has lasted me a little over two years without issue.

Hey i believe there is a 5 year warranty for this chair so you can ask for a replacement. Worked for another person i saw on KZbin.

Lumbar support has to do with height adjustment. But this chair doesn't have much height adjustment.
