It’s good to address bad behavior in private but when you have other employees observing and complaining about an a MANAGERS behavior it is necessary in a sensitive way to address those concerns with everyone present. A REAL boss would run the risk of ruining the company’s culture, team morale and expectations if bad behavior goes unaddressed.

If you think this is difficult, I feel awful for you. 2: This most definitely IS scripted. They prepare these things for them. They have to have something to go off of, otherwise the show is a would be a chaotic mess or insanely boring with no path, and possibly no renewal. It also has to drag for a certain set amount of time (hence, time durations). So for reality tv, yes. It’s this easy, and unfortunately you’re able to call yourself an actor whilst doing this.
