Yes ! Paternity test should be mandatory, not just to let the (man in question) know weather the child is his or not, but to also alleviate the burden of having to tell the child later in life which does have lasting negative effects. Also, when done early the man and woman can make logical decisions and prepare themselves on what next to do if there is an adverse finding.

Come on Jamaica, your medical technology is and needed up to par, when women delivered their babies or child; don't just rushed them out the hospital, screen for any cause and affect that a mother will go tru after child birth

I hope the goverment will nor be using taxpayer money ro pay for DNA tests when people are having a hard time buying food. The man should pay for it, or If a husband suspects his wife that he's legally married to, then the test should be free if he cannot afford it.

Yes,I welcome the DNA testing.Too many men have been a victim of taking care of children that are not their own.I know a man that is now married and he’s the father of a son,that had been given to another man.He knew that the child is his because the child spit him out.I dated a man for many years when I was younger and he cheated on me and he told me the reason why he did it is because when he was young,he thought that he had gotten someone pregnant and he found out later,that the person cheated on him and got pregnant by that man and so he doesn’t trust women because of that experience.
