I was driving the centurion on hurston when i got it stuck on a branch, the centurion could easily crush it and drive over them, so yes I agree, we need the breaking physics

Yeah, the Centurion is basically equipped with a Hammerhead turret at the back. Also, that 890J rover bay is actually capable of transporting small ships such as the C8 Pices shuttle

I dont understand why all of the ground vehicles have such low clearance underneath. Goes against pretty much every rule of multi/all-terrain vehicle design. This will bottom out on a ramp that's too steep.

Make sure you didnt install it on a hard drive. No matter how good your pc is it will run like shit and take forever to load if installed on a hard drive. It is basically mandatory to install the game on an ssd.

Nvme drive is the way to go. If your on hdd youll never get to play it even if u had dual 3090s lol also a min of 16gb ram. Everything else can pretty much be what ever and still be playable. I have a buddy on a 12 year old intel cpu and a 1070gpu still able to play just fine

I would like to see some gameplay in the future with capital ships needing the be restocked with dynamic markets. People looking for the cheapest prices making certain posts vulnerable to gankers. So gotta land ships far away and take a convoy of land vehicles to grab the cargo. If the capital ships are incredibly hungry for resources, this could be a bi-weekly event. Right now I’m playing WoW mostly and this is the sort of gameplay I wanna see. I also believe this could start to shape the community to Fleets and Pirates, or whatever.

Yeap, definitely. Even now I'm finding that high level bunkers require ground transport because even parking behind a few trees will result in your ride getting merc'd by the handful of local turrets, which have pretty good range on them. So now I park about 2 - 3,000 meters away and drive to their location.

@@pastexpiration2160 Actually the ships aren't despawning... they're blown up. You can tell if you go outside and it shows a marker where your ship used to be, or says "Ramp" but nothing is there. Means the turrets nuked your ride. One way to tell is if you park your ship, go into the bunker stand on the elevator but DO NOT press the button. Instead go back outside and see if the turret lasers are pointed in the direction of your ship. If they are, then it means they've targeted your ship and it's within range of being blown up. Also, keep in mind some bunkers have multiple turrets strategically positioned so no matter where you park they will tag your ship. I parked 1,000 meters away behind a rock and the turrets still managed to tag my ship. So now I've learned my lesson and I park at least 2,000 meters away or on top of a hillside or down below in a valley where it's literally impossible for the turrets to track the ship. From there I drive to the bunker. But yeah, I've had my ship (and ground vehicles) blown to bits from the bunkers with more than one turret.

I do apologize for kind of half watching, hopefully you didn't try what I suggest xD My org has a habit of placing 2 Ballista on top of the 890 jump, and camping outside Grim Hex. We have managed to squeeze 3 inside before, but it was tight, and super easy for the ballista to hit each other xD Bottom hanger is super dangerous to try to pick up the bigger vehicles, and there is a super high chance that they could just blow up as they are being dropped.. had that happen and destroy the 890 in the process Just get a C2 and drop them off on the top hanger. You can do this in atmo with a crew, or just 2 people (very slowly) in space GL, and have fun :)

There is a faction in SC called the 'Ship Jackers' they like to use cobbled together ships that look like they came out of a scrapyard, afaik they are in Sq42 cig have shown us some concept art of their ships. And the npcs iirc are the guys on the 890j mission.

Yo Olli, can you do a video with some other players where you take that specific vehicle and somehow get it into the upper loading bay of the 890 jump? Deploy those outriggers on that truck & then raise the elevator to in that upper bay and use the truck as a "parked/secured" weapon platform on the 890 jump in space. Is that possible? Will that vehicle stay put on the 890 jumps elevator while flying in space? If it will stay put that would make the 890 jump one powerful opponent in space adding some massive firepower. Do a video asap on this! I'm sure you'd have a lot of fun doing it too.

@@billywashere6965 That's pretty soon actually, Pyro's drug facilities that will be running full time (This is me assuming that facilities like this will exist full time to make traveling to Pyro worth it) Will make pvp factions holding these facilities turn into massive org wars. A phase of the game I am happy that it's coming early next year~

@@ahrinine-tail2507 Yeah some of the skeletons of those scenarios are present with Jump Town events (which is basically an event based entirely around what you mentioned). And the narcotic drug lab missions where you have to destroy the drugs, but you can actually bundle them up on your ship and sell them if you want at Grim Hex (I've never been given a proper price range on what those drugs are worth, though). But having dedicated labs pumping out the drugs at various intervals or for a specific time for a dedicated mission would make places like Pyro highly lucrative, and as you mentioned, HIGHLY dangerous. A crime lord's paradise basically, heh.

the spartan, the centurion and the ballista all fit in the rear vehicle bay for the 890 Jump, you just need to park it properly on the lift. you could have moved another 2 meters backwards and wouldn't have had any issues getting it in

The issue with the elevator was you parked the Cent a bit too much forward, probably assuming the ramp is lift area as well. Cent and Ballista should fit in an 890 Garage without issues usually.

It looks to me to be an laser based AA vehicle, based on Anvil's Atlas chassis, which is the same base vehicle as the Ballista (misiles) and the Spartan (troop transport) so not a Spartan killer, built for a different but complimentary role
