Please consider playing the multiplayer aspect of this game, which is 80% of the game. Just do stuff with pubbies in chat, they're all nice people usually. Or have your community join a party and do missions, mining, buggy races, whatever. Fully crewed Mole, Hammerhead, Carrack, 890J, or just fleet battles, anything. I know you're super into the game already, but you're missing 80% of the fun by just being solo all the time. Dont be worried about it =) There are so many Twitch channel and KZbin channels, i'd say the vast majority of SC channels, that do these kinds of things every single night. I dont want you to get 'bored' of just being alone in the game forever, when there's an entire universe of shenannigans to have with people, even if you dont know them.

Just to mention that, you can walk from the raised front hangar to the airlocks on the side, you dont "have to" go down with the elevator to get in the ship ;-)

When you interacted with the tank you made it jump around it damaged the ship. Damaging your ship in such a way frequently causes cs. Did it once getting my roc into my cutty black. It bugged out going through the door and damaged my ship got the cs 1.

So apparently the bomb does 570k dmg in a 250 meter radius. So yea you could have dropped them a lot closer and it is most likely they would not have even got through the jumps shield depending on how the damage is spread. Each facing should have around 400k shield health. Full power to shields would probably completely negate a single bomb. Would be fun to test though.
