@Aspiring Marauder nah. All of the ships are pretty much purchasable In game (only some rare alien ships aren't at the moment). There's really no reason to spend a lot. As long as you get cutlass or prospector you can farm some pretty good credits In game and get the ship you want that way. That said, I did spend enough to be concierge after 7 years of backing this game, but never spent more than what I could afford.

The “Strafing” scene was so intense. The fact that you don’t get a good look at the ship, just a glimpse of the tip of its wing as it turns around for another volley, only to hear “RUUUUNNN!!” And have Bed turn to make a break for the only cover around, a hundred meters away. The dramatic music was a great touch. The attacks from behind, narrowly missing Bed, throwing debris and shining a brilliant menacing crimson at it hits the planet’s surface. A masterpiece, I only wished it would have lasted longer.

I went from not even knowing of the existence of Star Citizen last night, to now ravenously searching for gameplay footage on KZbin all day. This looks unbelievable! I was sitting on the edge of my seat watching this play through like it was from a friggin movie. What a great video! I'd drop the $45 on the game right now if I knew I'd have time to play it - but I work about 60-70 hours a week so no time right now. In the meantime, I'll just keep watching these dope let's plays.

When Boon decided to drop the escape, that was sad. But when Percussion left to save the burning pizza, that’s when men cried

Every moment of this vid felt like it was actually adding to the narrative and not filler. Each scene felt like it was deliberate in pacing and tone despite these guys were lightly RPing. Bed was the young rookie caught up with the law nailing him hard time Lawlman was the seasoned space vet who knew the game all too well. Bed quickly finds out the oppressive hard time would wittle him down to nothing, he needs to be a free space cowboy like Lawl. And so, bed is off to find escape and himself in the bowels of the prison. Along the way team members are lost physically and mentally. But they persevere, the taste of freedom is all too close. Mishaps and the law playing a last minute trump card ensure an intense ending that will leave you on the edge of your seat. Escaping the incoming strafe run from the bounty hunter was the cherry on top. And the ensuing spectale of the space battle until the moment they hit warp drive. That was just a victory lap. All down to the final talk with Lawl and the crew deciding where to go next, was just a nice bow to tie it all together.

@@ajax8341 The game lacks alot of content. Adding to that, i have to say that hand carrying boxes from A point to B point is not content. Hauling commodities that has no effect to the ecenomy is not content. I have a beast PC, the game looks visually good and i loooove no loading screens in the game but here is the major problem. It is the unpractical designs and methods CIG trying so hard to put in SC is the real killer here. That is why this game is so late for that future play because they are busy adding showers and swimming pools into ships which in reality, nobody gives a fuk. The only heart pumping experience i've had in this game since 2019 was my fried tried to prison break me and flew me to the Security Post where you delete your crime stats with a card. We fought with bounty hunters on the road and escaped with quantum drive to reach Security Post. Bounty hunters followed us and killed me by spraying the landing platform while i was running inside. The end.
