@@PragmaticOptimist_N7 No it's most definitely a work in progress. If you have the money to throw at one of the basic packages and you like being part of a test group then go for it. Aside from alot of bugs, it does almost have enough in it to be considered a full game though

The fact that fans are making studio-level trailers should prove to people that this game is something special. I used to be an SC hater, but that changed when I started understanding that CIG is not only showing the entire development process for the game from the start, but also letting people play it in a pre-alpha (now alpha) state, because players and their feedback is critical when you're making one of the most ambitious games of all time. The finished product isn't just an idea, it's entirely attainable when you look at what they've done and what they're doing right now. We're hitting an exponential growth period for the game. I bet in a years time this game will be double what it is now. I hope to upgrade my computer in the next couple years, and be able to experience this game. Until then, o7 Citizens.

Just started playing this yesterday and gotta say it has its bugs but its one hell of a fun game! So much to explore and so much you can do. It did take me like 2 hours to learn all the controls and mechanics then after those 2 hours I had a blast!

Actually, Star Citizen is suppose to run EXTREMELY well. In fact, in exclusion testing, it does. The only issue is that there's a major bug/memory leak that's causing it to constantly read data from your hard drive - after that's done, the game should run significantly better than most games of a similar graphics capability as the game has a very efficient rendering model.

I loved it and shows how far starcitzen has come. The early cinematic trailers where good but this is all fresh new content displaying what starcitzen dream is about. I love fan based trailers has well and I hope we see some more 2020 trailers. It's great to see what star citizen means to them. A hint for new trailer makers making them is timing with music. Think like your dancing. Listen to the beat of the music you have picked that you love. Move with that beat. Change clips to that beat for dramatic effect. I am so looking forward to all you all create guys.

Excellent work! This is probably the best fanmade trailer I've seen so far! My only critique would be the clips between 0:40 and 0:48. SC handles snow and sand well, but the grassy textures just aren't great on foot, and that sequence makes the game look like a Unity game. There's a later shot with a landed pisces that looks great, but for now I think keeping on foot segments to towns/sand/snow would be good. I mean, the snow clip that starts at 0:48 is great, you definitely know how to make a scene look good.
