Hello sir, My mother age is 69 and we have health policy with National insurance company. But company give excuses everytime during claim. So I want to port it to some good health insurance company? You can opt Portability but higher age of mother can be a issue in approval specially in case of any PED. Can change agent if you want to. Talk to insurer about it.
