From what freaking *** did he come from? Didn't he blow up like over ten dozen times? Oh, whatever. First, you must take down the three blue crystals (two eyes and forehead) to reveal the back, where then you have to strike the two crystals - one on each palm - to make him try to suck you up. You must then hit the brakes and stir to the sides to avoid getting inside his mouth.
After doing this for a little while, a surprise guest will drop Smart Bombs. Collect one and use it when he tries sucking you to somehow reveal his brain, which will then move around and try to ram at you. It's easy to shoot it and avoid it if you keep moving around.
