It should have been Krystal who helped Fox, not Falco. Krystal could have worked with Fox just one time during the game.

Cibele Paiola When my dad first played this game, it took him forever to defeat Andross. He couldn’t get away from the suction and he didn’t know how to shoot the bombs.

I would prefer a special ending where Fox fails to save Krystal, defeats Andross, tries to revive Krystal with a Bafomdad (seemingly no effect), and loses to Scales. Scales kicks the staff well out of Fox's reach and injures our vulpine hero to the point where he can't fight. Fox would wish Krystal would speak the Lylatian language just one time. The staff rolls to Krystal's seemingly lifeless form (Nice Job Fixing It, villain!) Scales tells Fox to prepare to join Krystal in death. Neither party notices Krystal slowly coming back to life... Fox begins to give a tear-stained farewell to the girl he might never meet (Krystal), his teammates and promises to atone to Krystal and his father (James McCloud) in the afterlife... It would seem like the end is near for Fox, and Scales would succeed where other countless Lylatian villains had failed. A question is posed; Is Fox doomed with his cries for aid from beyond the grave to go unanswered? Will Scales at long last succeed where other countless villains had failed? Revive, Krystal! Save your savior, say something in Lylat. Don't just lie there, do something!

I'm never gonna use my Staff which I relied on for long on my adventure ever aga- Krystal (Estelle Ellis): (shows her staff back in her hands) Don't you mean MY Staff?! I bet Scales is gonna have a villainous breakdown, his tyranny about to come to an end, raving that he wants to give Krystal the shortest comeback ever before killing Fox (who will be in no position to fight without a weapon). Scales: Don't you realize, what's going to happen if I DIE?! Krystal: Dinosaur Planet will become a beautiful place again!

I think a remaster should give a more epic climax... Fox returns the spirits but fails to save Krystal... He defeats Andross and tries to revive Krystal with a Bafomdad. At first there is no effect and Fox desperate checks for signs she is alive. Scales appears to kill Fox and thinks Krystal is dead. General Scales boss fight part 1: You can't damage Scales. Let him drain you of all your health. Scales defeats Fox and knocks the staff out of his hands. Fox tries to get it back but Scales knocks it out of the fox's reach; The staff surprisingly reaches Krystal. Fox thinks of three options... A. Fox will utilize the most daring counterattack B. Krystal will spring back to life, speaking Lylat and save Fox just in the nick of time C. There is no way out. Life is cruel. Fox tries for B, then tries for Option A. Scales taunts that the seemingly dead Krystal did not deserve to exist in this world, in HIS world. While both parties do not notice Krystal's fingers, legs and tail twitching, Scales tells Fox to prepare to join her in death. Fox thinks to himself it's all over, and death is close for him. He also wishes he could meet Krystal just once with her speaking Lylat basic/English and only wished she had left the Krazoa Palace after returning the first spirit. He appears to hallucinate Krystal (shadowed) rising up with her staff. Fox again mourns her and bids farewell to his teammates in this order with flashbacks: Tricky, Slippy, Peppy, Falco and ROB. Fox also hopes to atone to Krystal in the afterlife. All seems lost until... Cut to Krystal's POV, she is slowly waking up from the Bafomdad usage on her and she regains her bearings. She finds her staff and caresses it.. She then sees Fox in danger of being killed by Scales and says "I'll save you, Fox!" and rushes towards Fox. In a slowmotion sequence, Krystal with a roar knocks Scales back. Fox's POV, he first thinks it's his father who saved him, but when he clears his vision, he meets Krystal for the first time. Fox then has a cry-happy fit and hugs her. Fox wants to tell her of all the adventures he had on Sauria. Scales again tries to kill Fox, but Krystal counterattacks. Scales is in shock that Krystal survived the fall and Krystal readies her staff prepared to take on the SharpClaw General. Krystal: This time it's going to be different! General Scales boss fight part 2: Now playing as Krystal. Defeat Scales for the sake of all Dinosaur Planet. You have infinite staff energy. Tricky and Krystal's Cloudrunner friend arrive a little late and Krystal wins the fight ending Scales' life. Back home on the Great Fox, Fox offers a position for Krystal on the Star Fox team provided he kissed her.

@@KarlSturmgewher If a remaster were to ever happen, I honestly hope Nintendo and the Starfox universe have nothing to do with it. I love both Starfox and Nintendo, but what they did to Rare's game is just shameful.

@@KarlSturmgewher ​ @karl eichholtz That's not my point, the point is that Nintendo has so little interest in the Starfox franchise at this point, let alone this black sheep of a game, that any possible remaster may as well just remove Fox from the the story entirely and revert to the original Dinosaur Planet script that Rare intended from the beginning. Krystal was lucky to appear in the game at all; her true counterpart, Sabre, was cut from the original and replaced with Fox, and deserves just as much of a place in this game as Krystal does.

Here me out. Falco should not have the credit for helping Fox, Krystal should. She deserved to do something alongside Fox at least one time. She and Fox could have fought together just one time after she was freed. If you think I'm trying to steal Falco's credit and give it Krystal, just say it. Falco: THIS IS A HE-MALE MEN'S FIGHT ONLY! ARE YOU TRYING TO GIVE IT TO SHE (referring to Krystal)?!

Nah, you're just trying to salvage maybe 1% of the role Krystal was supposed to have in this game, which was to match Fox (formerly Sabre) as the co-main character who even would've freed the Cloudrunner Princess Kite from her cage to have her help in every way Tricky helped Fox. Krystal deserved to do way more than fire those dinky little fireballs at Andross, and everyone who knows anything about this game knows it.
