No there is no copayment…. After 61 if you took this policy before 61 years of age. Also get a personalised unbiased advice and plan explanation so that you don’t face any problem

My parents are covered under FHO Policy since 2018, when the eldest member's age was 60. Now, if I migrate from FHO to Assure Policy in 2023 with the eldest member's age is 65, will the 10% co-pay be applicable or not by considering the age of entry to Star Health was 60 in 2018.

You can buy directly or through agent there will be no premium difference But the good thing about taking insurance from agent is that you will get good service. You don't have to wait for customer care to get connected to you for your queries and most important health during claim

Don't buy Star Health insurance plan.... I had worst experience when my father was hospitalized. Company shared a number of a person to assist in claim settlement, When I called that person he replied very rudely that "Please connect with customer Care, Don't call me for claim assistance". It took us 13 hours of waiting to get discharge from hospital. i thought this is an exception but it was same for every Star Health insurance policy holder. so, Big NOOO to Star health.

Yes the same happened with us also it took 5 hours for discharge as they are very late in processing claim whereas patients who had insurance from small insurance players were discharged very fast.
