Star one Fate of man Reaction by Songs and Thongs

“Revel in Time”, is the third album from ARJEN ANTHONY LUCASSEN'S STAR ONE, is as much of a reaction as it is a contrast to Arjen Lucassen’s previous album, “Transitus” from Ayreon. “Revel in Time” is a heavy album that is very riff driven and there is more focus on virtuoso musicianship. Similar to its predecessors, “Revel In Time” works as a concept album. All tracks are inspired by different movies that deal with some kind of manipulation of time. A total of about 30 different musicians contributed to the new album, not all of them being singers though. The core of STAR ONE remains Ed Warby’s powerful drums as well as Arjen’s guitar and bass work that hold it all together and give it that typical STAR ONE sound. The icing on the cake is the front cover art that was created by Arjen’s trusted favorite artist Jef Bertels.

Britney looks like the Terminator, because this song is inspired and based on the movie. He is an amazing musician, but he is a genius producer and arranger. This is the 3rd Star One record from Arjen. Loved it my friends. Peace. ✌ Cheers! 🥂

Great song. I am not a big fan of Unleash the Archers, but their vocalist really shows her strength here, and the lyrics are very easy to understand, great diction. And a lovely guitar solo by Romeo as well. Top production.

All I can say is, I listen to this song all the time, and I'm convinced: Brittney Slayes needs to do a cover of Hallowed Be Thy Name by Iron Maiden, the live version from 1982. Because after this masterpiece, I _know_ she could pull it off. And unlike a lot of artists, the more I see of Arjen, and the more I learn about him, the more I admire about him -- especially the mentality he has. Not only humble as an artist, but he loves the craft itself, and isn't really concerned about the economic aspect of it. Oh, and fun fact: The various things that are displayed in the video, the seemingly random coding, evidently is real computer coding. On the album comments, someone took the time to explain them and decode what was seen, and explained it all to those of us who don't really know computers.
