This is definitely the most epic song of this album. Too bad you didn't use the official video because it has great visuals and intrudces the various singers and musicians of the song (a bit like the day that the world broke down video). Also, it includes the vocals of both versions of the album.

Pleeeeease, please check out Roy 'voice of God' Khan! He's the main/first vocalist here. He's now back with his first band, Conception, but he's most famous for his work with Kamelot. Go for their 'the coldest winter night' live concert, can't go wrong with any of the songs (although, Elizabeth I-II-III, wink wink). If you want albums to check out, then go for Epica and The black halo, both concept albums based on Faust. Epica, the album, is where Epica, the band, got their name from. Epica are great fans and friends of Kamelot (and, perhaps not that important, Simone is married to Kamelot's drummer, Oliver).Khan is widely regarded as one of the best and most expressive metal vocalists (he sufferred a burnout bc of all the emotion he puts in his voice). I can't really adequately put into words all my admiration of him, just know that he is THE reason I got into metal.

Arjen contacted Steve Vai for this one asked him to make a solo, Steve say, what you want, Arjen, ohhh if you make a 3 min solo for the album it would be cool, Steve, well i think about it... 2 months later, Arjen got a file from Steve, with this Solo on it... well track got other big names Roy Khan(Kamelot) Steve Martin(Black Sabbath) and the hell score choir..
