And since there was no blood relation or borrowing jonathans corpse and no stand arrows, they wouldn't be drawn out at all. Tldr The whole reason they manifested was because of Dio and the Jonathan bloodline connection. Which is also the reason that both CD and SP are buff dudes, and SP being the same-ish type of stand as TW. So it just shouldn't be possible but eh

Tbh, the anime completely changed the way he punched pucci, in the manga it was more of a quick *backhand* type of deal. But besides, i think a lot of people overlook the context of the moment. Jotaro liltiry just got back from a coma and saved jolyne from being shot, then he immediately pushed away Pucci away from her. Jotaro really didn't care that much about Pucci at that moment, he obviously knew he was the enemy but he couldn't have known shit about the MIH plan or anything, furthermore he just got back and saved jolyne. And have you seen what jolyne fucking looked like? She had 2 Mobius strips, bleeding our everywhere, looking fucking deflated. It makes sense that Jotaro just backhanded pushed Pucci oout of the way to go tend to his daughter who looked like a deflated corpse. It felt like they tried to start a beat down/ Holy shit moment when in the manga it felt more like "Gtfo i gotta tend to my corpse of a daughter"

Pucci has that reverse gravity field around him that gets stronger the closer you are to him, though, and it has deflected multiple of Stone Free's punches. Star Platinum also did a whole barrage on Kakyoin's head in part 3 and sent him through the ceiling, which Kakyoin suffered zero lasting damage from and was fine later that same day.
