The obstruction rule is very interesting. I assumed it would be taking a damage point. But adding the evade dice is probable better. Nice work. Its nice to see the extra maneuver templates come in. Always felt resources was the wrong way to bring them in. Look forward to these. Might be good to do the same with Elite attack dice and counter attack dice. They were cool additions but maybe not as resources.👍

Awesome video! Very helpful as I'm getting back into Attack Wing after a brief time off due to work schedule. Love the new actions and reprints. Cant wait to see what else comes out soon for the other factions

This is excellent. Thank you for the great new content. You totally answered my question about the Enterprise D, I feel called out 😆 The game is in such an excellent place. It would be a shame not to restart Organized Play events. To see what other folks are building with this new excellent content. Interesting to see how much of a following the game still has.

Can't wait to get all the cards and look at them in person. Really enjoy brainstorming builds. Still sad that there isn't a uss titan lol. Also (hasn't seen if there is yet or not) but in ships of the line the starship construction reference card talks about prototypes (we have) buy also refit's, retrofits and mission specific alteration cards. Would be nice to get those. Edit: saw that we are getting a retrofit and something for the nx.

There are 2 new Starship Construction Cards in These Are The Voyages and 1 new one in Lost in the Delta Quadrant.

@Scizorsfury saw the nx one and the refit. But didn't see the other, just looked on utopia ship yard. Think the only 1 I would change is the refit, and that's to swap the "+1 shield" for any ship that equips it to "+1 hull" since romulans and klingons cloak. Then make the federation specific ships get +1 shields. But I guess they figure (if you have more shields, you might get to cloak more).

Yeah with the Retrofit we had to look at wide scale for balance and take the time to make adjustments to ships the player base has asked for help for a while like the D'Deridex and K'Vort. The other Construction card is Ablative Generator.

Yea, the d'deridex is one of those ships where (unless I'm using a ships ability) I go for valdor for the extra attack. Can't wait to see these in person! (I haven't looked at them all yet). I usually get 1 of each pack, then look at the cards and get more lol. Think I ended up with 3 ships of the line, 3 to boldy go, and 2 secrets of the tal shiar. We will see how many extra I get of these lol. The ablative generator is nice, thematic, and you don't have to use a tech slot to get that.

I mainly play federation (tank Sutherland and/or just blitz defiant class with phase cannons lol) but I have messed with romulans a little. I never played with independent, so might have to look into them now

Do the ships have arcs other than forward? Like SFB and the old FASA game?

Various Ships do have Secondary Arcs.

Is there any thoughts on making AI cards for other factions besides the Cadassians and the Dominion. I play mostly solo, ang to be able to play against the Klingons and Romulans as AI opponents would be a GREAT expansion.

One question about new Enterprise (Refit). We have not yet had abilities triggered by movement (so far). It's a great idea. Love it. But what if you put on extra manuvers. Say Jadzia Dax 6 (love that Captain so much) gets free white one bank. So does this get you your two attack dice? Then if you then did your regular ships dial manoeuvre of a 3. Does that also get you your free scan? 😂 I'm pretty sure it's only intended to trigger off one manuvere but which one ? These things do happen 😂 It does make this an awesome ability.

Because the Trigger text does not say "Each Time" it will only function once.

@@Scizorsfury makes sense. Can you choose which manuvere triggers it? Or is it the first one? Or is it your dial fixed manoeuvre? Sorry. I get that this must be annoying. I can really tell that you've tried to nail down wording to avoid this shenanigans. You are doing a good job.

No worries and you have solid questions. Since the effect is not a costed ability or have a "May" effect, it will trigger from the first Maneuver you execute. It your Jadzia Dax example, she works at the start of the Activation Phase so that would trigger the Enterprise's ability before your actual chosen Maneuver which works well for wanting the +2 Attack dice.

@@Scizorsfury That's great thanks. Thanks for clearing it up. I did notice that the ships ability works great with kirk. So he effectively gets to choose the best option by fixing his dial. Which is excellent detail.👍 Keep up the good work.

Would be curious to know if the subfactions abilities to equip Fed upgrades to Bajoran and Vulcan ships extends to Lower Decks crew, or if it is based on printed faction?

Technically the Sub Factions do count as the Prime Faction so that is perfectly fine to use any of the Federation Lower Deck cards on a Bajoran ship for example. We have been including the Sub Faction symbols on cards like Tuvok because of interactions within the Vulcan Faction itself.

Thank you, that makes sense and helps. An aside, on the new version of Karr in the Adversaries of the Delta pack, on the Hirogen captain of Karr the abilities are the same as the original version but cost has been changed from 5SP to 6SP, is that correct or intended?

For Karr we did increase his points by 1. Karr has been one of the most played Captains since release and as we have worked on a different design philosophy for cards wanted to balance him at the appropriate cost.

There is still a large community for the game and the new releases sell out on the regular. The Secondary Market for prize ships are also usually very high which is why we started to reprint them in several of the Faction Packs.
