I just picked this up. At first I didn't like the miniatures but they really have grown on me. I'm looking forward to painting them.

Interesting! I have the GF9 Time of Daleks game, which is great, and I recently picked up the Aliens game (assembling models now). This one has my interest now I've watched some vids on it. Apparently the Borg are best played with a mix of aggression and objectives. Quite a tough ask for a beginner, maybe. The miniatures put me off at first but they're certainly easy to spot when painted and don't need any assembly. Could be my next purchase. Thanks. Looking forward to more

I definitely liked the game more as I played it more times. Those heads are a bit of an initial turn-off but I got used to them and quite like them now.

Hmmm. Looks interesting but I really don't like the figure aesthetics - I understand why they did it, but it's a turn off for me. Yes, I'm that shallow. Thanks for the unboxing though - always interesting to see new stuff!

I felt exactly the same way at first. They quickly grew on me, probably because the game was decent.

@@ModellingforAdvantage I look forward to seeing you play it at least a few times. It comes with a lot of cards. Is the game strictly a battle or is it battling mixed with away team stuff?

@trentweston8306 if you want to win the game you need to focus on completing missions. Most mission cards are task based, not combat.
