Star Trek Online: What does a Fleet do for you? How do you help the Fleet out?

Does anyone know how to contact a fleet leader?? How do u know what to look for in finding the leader??

If you join the fleet you can see the members, and from there you can see ranks of the fleet. Besides that I really don't know how to contact a fleet leader unless you go through a recruiter for the fleet.

If you're not a member of that fleet you can ask someone who is when you see them to give you the fleet leaders handle and mail them. If you are in the fleet check the roster and see who's online and ask them. Or sort the offline (check the box on the bottom left for listing offline players) roster by rank, click on "member comments" and usually you'll see "fleet founder" or something similar.

So you got promoted in the fleet or demoted? Usually if you donate to the fleet holdings you will be rewarded cause it helps the fleet. Each project has a time limited after the project is completed and your fleet will have to wait to start the next one. I am kinda confused on what you need help with could you explain the problem a little more and I will do my best to help you?

@@THESKI2187 I've had luck being invited by hanging out around the faction starbase of my characters. Also you can search for fleets by clicking the social tab on the mini-map.
