Season 3 had already much more shipping in it and some writing mistakes were made: Marcos Cape obsession, the follow up after Battle for Mewni (Star smelling marcos hoddie????!) and the Monsters leaving Mewni even when Buff frog worked in the castle and star tried to help them So yea the show peaked in Season 2 But it’s ok when you have a different opinion I do admit i love the Eclipsa arc We haven’t got something like that in season 2 But overall I think season 2 was better
