@@johnsimmonsscalemodelling5270 it’s gonna be another knock out mate. Rotating cockpit on a magnet was a nice touch - one of the coolest things about the B Wing. Shame we didn’t see more of it in action in RotJ.

For such a unique looking fighter, it's too bad that it never got enough screen time. It was suggested that there were several storyboards where the B-Wings were seen doing much more than merely flying and opening their S-Foils. There were supposedly a few minutes of screen time where the B-Wings carried out an attack on a Star Destroyer, initially destroying it, but it was said to be cut. Even the A-Wings never got much screen time, the most of which was carried out by the X and Y-Wings as it was suggested the models for those were already made and set for filming.

Outlandish!! Love the various mounts. DId you epoxy all thread inside the hulls to mount those couplers?

Can I ask where you get these? I’ve always wanted 1 or 2, to try as well as for display in the movie room. Anytime I search I come up either mostly empty or with results that are expensive enough that with the uncertainty of quality it gives me pause.

I realize where this kit came from, I was asking more in general.

Well Steve Neisen produces them under the name Nice N models. But search on the RPF Junkyard and on the Studio Scale Model FB groups for runs people do etc. Maybe eBay but that’s rare and hit and miss.
