She said "we have hope..." and I thought "damn that was pretty good" and before I could finish that thought they had to ruin it with "and hope is why we are going to win" Such a tragedy when something would be so much more well-written and poignant if you could just cut a few corny extra words at the end, and you can't. Idk who wrote that line but I kind of hate them for it. It would have been so easy to just not add the second half. It doesn't even make sense. If you have hope, you already think you're going to win. That's the whole meaning of hope in this context. It's a hat on a hat.

That's actually a thing that happens in reality. Iv'e heard stories of soldiers suffering serious wounds but not realizing it for a while due to a combination of adrenaline and shock. Like this one US soldier who was in a vehicle that hit an IED. He was so pumped up on adrenaline and focused on trying to save his wounded squad mate he did not realize he had a large piece of shrapnel sticking out of his face until someone else pointed it out.

Well, if you take plot armor into count and not logic, you can say that your average stormtrooper with decent armor takes one shot and either dies or is knocked out. I couldn't wait for this dlc but it ultimately was incredibly stupid. So Iden and her irritating as hell daughter have been running cargo for 25ish years and all of a sudden Iden is an ultimate warrior again as soon as she picks up a blaster, but Hask, who remained part of a military during this time is just plain incompetent for the entire campaign. He was pretty much Iden's equal in the main campaign but now when he should be a harder enemy in comparison, he is easy as hell and stupid. I don't even know why I was surprised at the garbage tier writing in this game considering that Mitch Dyer (a male feminist and a lover of Anita Sarkeesian) was the writer. "Two wamen beat down bad male character."

Disney will never give a true empire focused story its almost like they are afraid to go outside the canon in anyway which to me is really holding the story back of str wars back Who would love to play as a stormtrooper after their oarents or siblings where a causalty of war caused by thr ebrebls and that trooper can go on to work themselves up the ranks and die at the end of story or live out the rest of their days in peace it dosnt matter just give me a empire focused story im tired of these traitor stories

You know what kind of bad guy story I want to see? An imperial inquisitor. So far we know about half of them, I think it’s time to introduce another, and have a Action adventure game where you are an inquisitor hunting Jedi. Maybe it can be a sequel to Fallen order where Vader tasks you with hunting down Cal Kestis.

legends: the new republic is actively hunting down the rapidly diminishing imperial remnant and putting all the imperial high command on war crime tribunals. skywalker rebuilds the jedi order and unites the new republic under a soon to be galactic peace. the highest ranking member of the largest remnant force grand admiral thrawn rebuilds his forces by uniting the remaining imperial remnant to form a capable force of taking on the new republic and reuniting the galaxy under his rule. a bunch of imperial admirals form their own factions and become genocidal warlords who have their own claim to the throne. the galaxy is in literal chaos. oh wait to make things worse some extragalactic aliens come and flip a heap of tables. palpatine comes back far later on for no reason using clone bodies and gets killed a bunch of times and then later on some sith lords take over the galaxy a couple of times before a literal god of shapeshifting flips double the tables the yuuzhan vong did and unites the galaxy again canon: the new republic is pulling a space united nations move and doing nothing while a literal terror group who are comprised of the original founders of the new republic but for no reason left to form a terror group go out and fight the imperial remnant who are literally neo space nazis that also kidnap children from planets using an unexplained technique while everyone just vibes under this awfully written "galactic peace" where everyone is happy even though babies are literally being kidnapped by space nazis who by the way have a mega super death star that can take out like 5 planets in one shot but yea guys theres nothing to worry about we're in galactic peace the space nazis will never attack we dont need to use the hundreds of surplus warships to do a coordinated attack on them lol. even worse. oh god. even worse. luke skywalker. jedi master. is just a shell of himself. a sad depressed shell for no reason. he makes a pseudo-temple with like 10 kids only open to a select few kids and then when he smells his sister's child becoming a tad bit mean he LEGIT ATTEMPTS TO MURDER HIS NEPHEW LOL WHAT IS THIS SCRIPT W H O W R O T E T H I S yes you could say im more of a legends fan
