Yeah, I paid more to get this early, I couldn't help it. It's Star Wars, or even better, The Empire Strike Back. It's a droid. It's a bounty hunter. It's 4-LOM. I've waited too long to leave it up to chance. I had to have. I'm...weak.

I don't think it's so much that as it's in wave 2 with Qi'ra and a bunch of repacks. Online retailers are hating the case pack. And it being wave 2, you know stores will overorder wave 1 and then have the pegwarmers blocking wave 2.

All that talk at the beginning about how to pronounce it made me realise I don’t think I’ve ever actually said 4-LOM out loud. I don’t really talk about Star Wars with anyone, so I definitely don’t talk about (obscure) bounty hunters.

Great review Robo!!! Hasbro did an amazing job with this figure. From paint to sculpt to improved articulation they really outdid themselves. I want this so bad. HELL I want two so I can alter the eyes on the second so they glow without having to worry about destroying the only one I got...

Yeah, I think once these hit retail I'll try to grab a second and see if I can get the head to light up. That and maybe put it on some SHF C-3PO legs or MAFEX, get some height in it.

Damn, he looks so good I think I’m going to have to grab one. Even though I made my own utilizing the bandai model kit then customizing and repainting it. That eye glow and extra articulation does it for me!

I've planned so many times to do a custom, even have parts and pieces, but I held out. I will probably someday make one just to make it a better height, but this is awesome for now. And now I just realized I could probably marry parts of this with a SHF 3PO and get a better height. Daaaaamn it.

The Fwoosh The ebay upscaled head? Its surprisingly good! I have the luck of as soon as I make a custom, a figure release is announced. It was like a week after I finished 4lom that Hasbro dropped the info on theirs lol Same deal with my royal guard, modified Hasbro Yoda (the model kit started showing up) Attempt at a 1:12 dewback and a couple more. That is a hell of an idea using the SHF 3PO, the added articulation would go a long ways in action poses, and you get that perfect height! Damn, I may be making another 4lom custom hahahaha

Cool review Robo! I think I'm more excited for the figure than I was for him in the actual movie lol. With the BHs not really doing anything in the movie I always had a hard time getting excited for them besides Boba Fett. I remember having Fett, Boskk, Dengar and IG-88 as a kid but never got the rest.

Awesome Figure, I got 4-LOM today! IG-88 is the correct height I feel for the 6 inch line, look at the Movie Picture, he's down off a step in the movie, so his height is correct for scale. Right?

I love this figure but had an issue with a couple of joints and hoped someone may have advice. Mine had 2 minor issues. The ankles seem to be "frozen". The ankle rockers do fine, but the joints are locked up. Anyone know of a fix for this? I started to try an exacto but thought I'd ask first. Also, where arm articulation was added at the elbow, one arm does fine and the other stops halfway. The piston gets halfway down the groove on forearm and seems obstructed. I am going to look at it again with a strong flashlight when I get home, but it seems like either the groove is to narrow or a piece of plastic on the piston is causing problem. Was hoping if anyone had this issue they may have found a remedy. (Not hoping anyone had this problem of course, just hoping they found a fix for it if they did). Thanks

Just a heads up, the eyes do glow in the dark... maybe that's why it doesn't let as much light through?

Yup except it a little bit different different. All they had was the toy fair pictures. It also has no arm articulation like the official or the articulation is different in the arms. Still has good articulation though. Looks good on the shelf. Im planning a review.
