I give Cad Bane a 7/10 tho cuz he managed to steal a Jedi holocron and resist an extremely powerful mind trick. Bane also defeated Obi Wan Kenobi after catching him off guard. His street smart thinking just makes him the best bounty hunter ever

Anakin is pure glaze. He isn’t that strong and Vader had very well surpassed him in canon. Besides he talked about Luke in the LEGENDS timeline. Anakin had only more potential
