Even before I had the stroke with left me unable to walk without crutches (temporarily, I still hope), I walked with a cane because of a leg wound from the Vietnam War. So even though I live near Ocean Beach, I dislike walking on the beach because it's an unstable surface that can cause me to fall, and it gets into the adjustment holes in my aluminum cane and the grit chews up my wooden cane, and of course, it gets in my shoes and gets tracked into the carpet. It's funny how often I think of Anakin's "I don't like sand" speech and think "Well, he's right."

Both really great movies that have Shah Rukh Khan. Asóka is a dramatized version of the early life of emperor Asóka, of the Maurya Empire, who ruled most of the Indian subcontinent in the 3rd century BCE. And Shakti is a remake of 1998 film Anthahpuram, which was based on the real-life story of Betty Mahmoody. It reminds me also of the film Not without my Daughter.

There are so many little details most people miss. A good example is the beginning when the Ambassador's Ship is destroyed - the explosion pushed the decoy right out of her shoes. 22 years later makes me feel so old - yet the film holds up better than many. When I see Obi-wan using such control of his weapon in close-quarters at the club, I'm reminded of Luke's light saber training aboard the Millennium Falcon - one wrong swing would have opened up the ships hull.

The Ahsoka character wasn't invented until after this trilogy anyway. She was created for the Clone Wars animated movie and series (the CG one), which is a great series that fills in a lot of the gaps of the prequel trilogy. We also eventually find out where Ahsoka was during Episode III. Really ties a lot of things together. The earlier seasons can get a bit repetitive sometimes, as each episode is one battle after another. At the same time it gives us a lot of the history of the Clone Wars, and the history and development of many characters and their relationships, and so on. You should also watch Rogue One, which tells the story of stealing the plans for the Death Star just before Episode IV. I suppose you'll eventually watch the Sequels, and there are probably a few fans of them. But for most old school fans, the sequels were a confused mess which shit all over the Star Wars universe and the old characters. For me personally, they don't exist. They were just some twisted fever dream that never actually happened. Your mileage may vary.

Also, I was very fortunate to meet Hayden Christensen at a show last year; he was very soft spoken and humble- we talked about Hockey! I can't wait for the Revenge of the Sith reaction video!

It shares many similarities with fencing, including stance, footwork, and the usage of one-handed movements. Dooku's lightsaber, a curved-variant, gives him greater control of his blade, due to the hilt fitting better in his hands. Makashi duelists are known to construct their lightsabers toward their preferred fighting style."

That is Jedi Master Shaak Ti. also, she's holding a blue saber, Ahsoka was first using green. Also, Also, her montraals (head "tails") are way to developed, this is a much older Togrutan than Ahsoka is at this point. Jango Fett mentioned he was recruited by a man called Tyrannus, I don't remember when it is mentioned, but the Sith name for Count Duukoo is Darth Tyrannus.

Jar Jar defender here lol I don’t understand the hate Jar Jar got in the prequels. He was more than just a humbling comedy relief character. If it wasn’t for him, Padme’s plan to capture the Viceroy in Ep. 1 would have never worked. He showed her where the Gungan’s fled too and helped facilitate their alliance. The Gungan army was crucial in that they had to draw out the droid army away from the city and they incurred heavy casualties. Also in this movie, he is now a senator like Padme and he played another important role where it was him who gave an impassioned speech to the Senate to allow the Chancellor gaining emergency powers to create the clone army. Although that ended up being a bad thing, Jar Jar was a key figure to how events played out in the Star Wars universe.
