While the red and green triangles are reversed, they aren't meant to be indicators of on vs off (it would be obvious if the blade was on or off anyway) but they seem to be indicators of "safe" vs "unsafe." This can be seen in the deleted ROTJ lightsaber construction scene. Luke is making final adjustments to the saber with a small tool (he has the yellow and black striped panel slid down to work on the inside of the box) and the green light comes on and flashes as he makes one adjustment, then when he makes a second adjustment it goes off and the red one starts blinking until he makes one final adjustment and the green flashes again; then he ignites the blade for the first time. They likely indicate if it is safe to turn on or if it will malfunction and possibly explode.

@@ThePropShop1 You can't adjust a lightsaber ''power'', it aready cuts through almost anything. What some lightsabers could do is adjust the lenth of the blade, like Vader's.

7:42 The flimsy button might be a problem on yours because I have one, and it's very sturdy and doesn't wobble. And the blade striations are a product of how the light is reflected on the sensor of your particular camera and lighting setup. Because they aren't visible to the naked eye or most cameras even.

The red and green arrows were reversed for me as well, but I took the box apart and swapped them around very easily

I bought this and Obi-Wan’s hilts and like how they’re not heavy being much easier and comfortable to use when dueling and performing lightsaber moves such as the Obi-Anakin spin in Episode III. If it was heavy my wrists would ache while performing them.

Mert Asenov I find Luke’s ROTJ hilt the most iconic, but when it comes to dueling and prequel sabers I personally prefer Obi Wan’s hilt that he uses in TPM/AOTC.

Ya,the triangles are still reveresed,I bought mine today...3/27/23...at Orlando Florida Galaxys Edge. The price was also about 120$ more then what you paid,including the 36inch blade which was an additional 55$,I paid about 305$ plus tax. Very pleased with my purchase tho. 😃

Hmm I’m not too sure. Maybe it’s when they put it in the actual box? All these sabers have some issues with quality control in my opinion. If it’s working fine then it’s probably just that!

I think the arrows could be correct, think about it, red indicates “hot” and when turned on or activated, a lightsaber can cut through anything except another lightsaber blade or Mandalorian’s armor. Someone earlier mentions a blinking light for caution when adjusting, maybe so. But then again, I’m not a Jedi knight yet!
