For those who haven't seen the message from the director video, this is what's next: - Heir to the Empire - Part Two Movie edit of Chapter 17-32 - Chapters 1-32 are in the process of being rerendered so the quality is consistant throughout the entire series and higher resolution. These will be released weekly. - Four hour movie edit once the above is complete. - Why that way and not just release the movie? It gives me time to read Dark Force Rising ;)

Congrats! Great job! Personally, I'd enjoy an edit that cuts some fluff. I feel the entirety could be shorter. But I'm thrilled that i could watch an entire movie on this book and very very hopeful that someday we'll have the next two books as well. Even if it takes ten years, it's worth it. This is the true sequel to the original trilogy. Timothy Zahn had a deep understanding of the Star Wars Universe. I love how Darth Angelus has used so much of Timothy Zahn's dialogue verbatim. Can't thank him enough for bringing this superb novel to life.

Wow bro, after 5 long years, we finally made it. It was a long journey, but worth going on just to be with our childhood heroes again. There have been bad Star Wars content and some ok ones in the last few years, but we have this wonderful channel by a creator who gave us fans the true sequel. I hope to see the next two Thrawn stories complete. With how our technology have advance in the last years with A.I, I hope the creator will have lots of fancy tools to dish out the next episode faster. Thank you and may the force be with you.

Great to see the story finally realized in this way. Sure, there's a "Motion Comic" version, And I hope the director will someday get a chance to find time, and enjoy those versions also. I enjoyed reading this trilogy books, when they were first released. Sure, but then the cycle would continue. Since the time of the Prequel era and special editions, Fans bashed Lucas for things that they (at the time) don’t like (“the People vs George Lucas”); then he sells the company to Disney under Kathleen Kennedy’s watch. Fans then bashed Kathleen Kennedy for things that they don’t like, so they hope that Dave Filoni (“the guy that gets Star Wars and is a prodigy of Lucas”, even though Lennedy herself was also a factor in how Lucasfilm was a thing, but her accolades are amazingly forgotten or dismissed) takes over. When he became the main creative control of the franchise, people praised him (even believes him more than Kennedy, until he says something that contradicted their views {*cough* SWT *cough*}. But yet again, Fans then bashed on Filoni for things that they (currently) don’t like, so they’re hoping for someone else to take over (like let’s say Darth Angelus), and when they take over they’ll give thunderous applause. But once they’re in control, fans would still find a way to bash someone for what they’ll dislike in the future (even though at the time is inconceivable). Never has a franchise has such a fickle fandom whose loyalties are about as accurate as the Galactic Senate during the Prequel Era - Imperial Senate (and it shows too).

This is always excellent. Real Star Wars, straight from the books. I hope you keep doing this for a while and get funded to make them even better! (hmm.... Shadows of the Empire one day?!). Also are the scenes on Coruscant going to use that spherical room from the prequels where the Emperor originally took over? I tend to imagine those scenes taking place in a newer rebuilt version of that room.
