I‘m always amazed what Contrast paint is able to achieve in a single well placed coat on a highly textured and preshaded surface. All other parts of your paintjob look nicer, no doubt, but they require so much more effort 😅 Great result, thank you for sharing!

Great as always! 🤩 might have a go at him myself soon. A question, I noticed the new lid on the tenere yellow. Is it just a new lid or a new dropper top aswell? My SC droppers keeps drying.

Damn what a great looking bossk. Best one I've seen! Might be cool to add some cotton smoke coming off the canister like it was popped, I've seen that done a few times to great effect :)

OK, this is beginning to slowly sell me on the notion of contrast paints. Which ones would you recommend I acquire first, as in which do you think are the most essential colors to begin with?

Hey! Hmm that will really depend on what kind of stuff you like to paint. Off the top of my head though, I use the following a fair bit: Black Templar, Gryph-Charger Grey, Skeleton Horde, Wyldwood. Others too, but depending on the mini ofc.. 😀

Once again, really enjoyed the video, especially because I finally painted him not long ago😅although I have gone a lot more colorful with the suit, I really like the muted yellow. Also done a glowing effect on the grenade, but with my airbrush. Thank god I didn't ruin my mini completely, and it came out really nice😊

I really like you’re painting style and attention to detail, however I feel that the yellow you’ve used for the suit isn’t quite right, I believe that it’s much more towards yellow than grey as the base. But that’s just my opinion. Still love your work

@@Sorastro I painted the eyes white but decided against having a pupil. i simply used tamiya clear orange which I thinned over the eye. since I had done the green lizard flesh coat there wasn't an issue if over painted by accident.
