I think I know what those boots are for.. when they are on the Conveyex train that tilts as it goes around corners, the troopers can walk on top of it without falling off..

Those boots better not be for magnetizing, or else it shows just how little the people making these films actually know about Star Wars. In the Clone Wars, the clone trooper's normal boots are capable of magnetizing at the press of a button and they can stick to any metal surface. Why the hell would these range troopers need 30 pound attachments on each leg for the same tech? I really hope it's not for sticking onto the train.

Looks lazy tbh. Helmet sculpt looks like a heavily modified Death Trooper, and the snow garment seems to be a rehash of the First Order's Snow Trooper.
