Shack, when you start a space battle, I highly recommend that you chose to capture the defensive satellites on the rear of your group instead of the front. It will be useful later, so you don't get surrounded by fighters. If you try to get the defense satellites on the front, the units you sent will face the first waves of enemy fighters and the satellites can be easily destroyed by frigates and dreadnoughts in the front of the enemy formation.

Firstly, enjoy your vacation. (unless you read this afterwards, in which case, I hope you had a lovely vacation) secondly, while playing this mod I found that just like other mods, turbo laser towers when being micro managed, can obliterate enemy air. In fact, in this mod, micro managing units that are supposed to work on their own almost always does significantly better whether it's a build pad turret, a tubro laser (or flak gun for CIS but those don't work too well on air) or even the space station (I did better using the stations weapons that I did using even the pride of the core or a star destroyer)

i did some math and from info i can find 1 Lucrehulk if the its setup in game properly it can have roughly 200 wings due to is can hold 2000 fighters/bombers and 10 per wing. so if they are limited well you have to kill alot of fighters to drain them if the dev went with the lore of it and my info is right. so if anything the fact they are pumping them out so fast is that they have stupid amount of money and may places going at once or there a s bug in how much the cost right now becasue i feel just one should be like 20k-40k due to they are basically a battlestation with engines.

i think in game they carry like 50 squadrons, which is still a crazy amount for how many they throw at you. You pretty much need a buttload of carracks or corvettes at all your defense locations to deal with that junk efficiently

Shack, when in engaging in large scale fleet battles when your ships have deployed enough fighters tell them to Hunt, this will help thin the enemy fighters and bombers more effectively.

The Runeblade Its better than the Executor. According to Legends, the Pride of The Core was never destroyed or defeated in Military Combat, and The CIS almost never attacked a core world simply because it existed.

As far as I know, it does well against Lucrehulks (Which they've been spamming at him.) Of course, he'll need support in the fleet, especially against stuff like bombers, but as the centerpiece of a defensive fleet; it should be able to push back almost everything they can throw at him (Except maybe the Malevolence.)

Ive never played this mod but it looked like Malastere had some sort of space income building like the casinos on other worlds, might be worth checking out for any hidden sources of income in any case

That fleet that attacked Bespin came form Mechis because I read the description of one of those bullworks that were in the battle, and it said it could be built at specific systems, and none of them could of got to Bespin except for Mechis

[Advice] stop building the turtle walkers and build the UT-AT because those actually replaces the turtle walker in the later years of the clone wars. The specs for the UT-AT are almost the same as the turtle walker but it has better mobility, troop capacity, and has a two anti-personal canons on each side of it. The down side is that the armor and main canon isn't as good the turtle walker but, even with those down sides UT-AT is the better choice. That and its cheaper.

Kinda miss that the Planetary Turbolaser doesn't take ships out in one shot anymore. I can kinda understand it's longer cooldown however, but they kept it just as expensive while reducing it's effectiveness, while the CIS still swarm you with fighters and the battleships that carry them.

[ADVICE] remember, the stealth ship has a lot of missiles, is fast, and of course, it can go invisible. You know what to do. Also, remember, like in the old version and some other mods lvl 5 space stations get capital ships, I think that still remains true in this version.

I'm kind of glad so far in my playthrough, and seemingly in yours too, the AI has no ambition to build Hutt Palaces on planets like Tatooine or Ryloth because it could build some really strong space units. Also, try to secure The Maw, i'm pretty sure thats where the CIS can build the Malevolence, and that can hurt a lot.

Garkon The Maw is always good to have. Maybe if Supreme Captain Shack decides to put a fleet to it he may be able to make Victories or even a Death Star Prototype, either would crush the CIS fleets.

If you upgrade kamino enough you can get the 501st legion and the 212th legion and more legions! The legions have more units than companies. Also some legions have squads of special units!!! Hope this helps I’m pretty good at this game. GL

Uggg shack forgot the sensor dish in the top and bottom left corners of munnilst. So he had no sight while the CIS had full sight. Could've had half the losses if he took the sensor in the bottom left. :b Focus the south down. Hey, quick tip for the jedi: when you order them to attack buildings they will stop short of their actual range. You'll have to move them closer manually for them to start destroying buildings. It's worth the hassle, though, since they deactivate turrets when using their force powers on them.

What you need to do is use the stealth ship as a scouting device. Deploy your ships in the back, along with your stealth ship activitate it's ability then send it i while it's undetected

I highly suggest making the victory class you primary ship since they have more firepower and are half the price. Then you can use venators as carriers Here's a comparison Victory: 4 quad turbolasers 4 double turbolasers 8 missile launchers 1 torpedo launcher 8 laser cannons Venator: 8 turrets (most likely some form of turbolasers) 2 turbolasers 1 torpedo launcher 2 laser cannons 2 point-defence laser cannons Also here's the stats for the ISD: 5 ion cannons 22 turbolasers

You need to position those Venators and move your fleet to the fringes of the Lucrehulks. You fought one of those space battles leaving two Venators in the middle of 3 or 4 Lucrehulks. Those ships are so slow that you definitely should be able to outmaneuver them.

Hey Shack, loving the video my only comment is you may want to stick the Grand Chancellor with your forward attacking forces, he gives a pretty good credit reduction for building units and building. Or stick him on Kuat or Corellia to get cheaper fleets.

It's always funny watching Lucrehulks when they get caught in a gun duel with Republic capital ships. Inevitably, they'll rapidly lose all of the guns on one side, and then they just start spinning in place trying to bring their other weapons to bear, but the Venators and Victories just keep popping the weapon hardpoints one by one as they come into range. Once a Lucrehulk goes into that spin, what I like to call the "doughnut roll", they're basically done.

You can exploit autoresolve when playing as CIS. Just send in 1 of those small frigates and autoresolve and it will frequently take out Arquintens, and Acclemators.

shack if u want something to focus the ship yard planet next to mon cal (Montine i think) can build the malevolence, so if u want to kick that in the teeth before it becomes a thing you gotta hit that ship yard. Also, you may have majorly limted their research, cato and mulinnist are two major planets they can build research labs on, idk if they have others

Shack After you took Muunilist you should concentrate on the Sep worlds southwest of Duro to lock up your core territory. Also do the other researches at your spacestations which will give you shield and firepower advantages in your defensive battles Enjoy your R&R General !

Darthplagueis13 it one shots everything excluding the lucrehulk, the malevolence and maybe the Providence. In the last version of the mod, the hypervelocity cannon had a short enough cooldown it could take down a large fleet before any of their lucrehulks could make it to the space station. So i'd say they're still trying to balance things.
