1:52 I live in Japan, Kobe. At Attin is nothing like Japan. Metropolitans in japan are very densely populated. It is extremely rare to see a home with a lawn or large parks with grass even--I'm not saying such areas don't exist, but that they are very rare in and around major cities. Since Japan is a very mountainous country with few plataus, buildings almost always vertical instead of horizontal, much like the buildings on Coruscant--still very different, but coruscant is more like Japan than At Attin is. At Attin looks more like a city in southern Californian, San Jose.

And did he say it was a marsh/bog planet? Is SM-33 ancient like Huyang?

These where OLD Republic credit, and the Undersecretary only said "Republic" not "New Republic", I think the New Republic doesn`t know about their planet either.

Yeah you’re right…so that would mean their planet At Attin has been a bubble planet lost in time for hundreds of years and are perhaps completely unaware of the entire empire era. Interesting.

Yep. Which means they don’t know about order 66 and everything that has happened during all those decades. I am really enjoying this show so far!

@1:40 they actually did say the planet's name twice in the first episode.

Sometimes tropes aren't bad - they're fun. Thats the art of the story telling.

These episodes remind me of the basic plot of Isaac Asimov’s Nightfall, where the inhabitants had never seen the stars until an eclipse revealed the full majesty of the cosmos to them.

If they don't get Jaleel's character to break something, or cause some incident, and not say "Did I Do That?" then the producers are missing a trick lol

I'd love to see a Star Wars horror series set on Exegol or Moraband (Sith homeworld and a planet with an exceptionally strong connection to the dark side of the Force). Yeah okay Disney can't make a Sith show (Exhibit A: The Acolyte) to save their decaying company, but maybe an outside, independent studio with a track record in hit horror shows might be commissioned to make it.
