Actually the "Battle Droids are no longer all controlled by one central computer" thing was already established several seasons ago, during the Siege of Ryloth. In the episode with Mace Windu and Cham Syndulla we overhear a squad of droids saying: "Look, it's RB-551." "No wonder he got blasted. He's one of those older models programmed by a central computer." "Not like us; we're independent thinkers." "Roger roger." "Roger roger." "Roger roger."

Kalani is, I believe, the first Super Tactical Droid we've ever seen in the Clone Wars, which is probably why his introduction was treated as such a big reveal. Personally I prefer the original tactical droids in terms of design, cause I like how the flat VCR-shaped head looks, but the Super Tactical Droids are generally a lot more efficient and intimidating, so it's definitely a step up in that regard.

Now that TCW has ended, I feel empty. I mean, I'm "glad" it's over, since we've finally seen how it was supposed to end, and it's great, but at the same time it makes me sad. Part of that sadness stems from the fact that during TCW we've seen Anakin in ways the movies couldn't show us, and it only makes you feel worse for how he ended up, and the fact that all his life, all he did, ended up being for nothing, because apparently Disney undid everything he accomplished in episode VI, by bringing The Senate back, only for him to act as a bass cannon for 5 minutes and then kill him again. So yeah, that's what I find most depressing about this ending, knowing it was all for nothing, for the big mouse cares not for good storytelling, but for apealing to the greater audience, by including memes in their movies (i.e. Chewie medal, for no fucking reason whatsoever), and Marvel jokes (i.e. "They fly now?", yes you moron, they fly now, they flied before, they're flying now, and they'll keep flying long after this god forsaken trilogy has crashed into the fucking ground). So yeah, this has devolved into quite the rant, but yeah, my point is, fuck Disney and everything that looks like Disney.

You probably already know by now but, Chronological order. It makes more sense that way and you can react to it better. The only real reason some stuff is out of order is because in seasons 1-6 George would come to them with a concept and they’d be like “but that takes place after an event in season 2 we’re in Season 3” etc. And George would just say “well make it anyway”

The way Steela became leader always rubbed me the wrong way. I agree she's the better leader, but they just casually voted Saw out in under a minute. I feel there should've been at least some debate involved.
