There's a difference between straight up knowing things in your conscious; and the deep unconscious terrors we all know exist but we cannot give form to. I don't think they straight up knew that it was Order 66; but yes, they all immediately knew exactly what he was talking about; this makes Palpatine even more evil holy shit how could you do that to millions of Men; giving them PTSD before they're even sent out to fight
@GeneralGrievous-11386 жыл бұрын
Actually, it's not strange. The Kaminoans were exacting. If they knew that the clones were having recurring nightmares about (presumably Order 66), as the episode implies, the Kaminoans would be more than willing to euthanize the whole batch and start the entire project over. The clones knew this, and so it's less strange and more disturbing when you realize that they keep it to themselves out if the fear that the Kaminoans will kill them, and that they likely believed that they were each singular cases. The fact that Fives restates Tup's last words at his own death, and the similar reactions of other clones in both cases, heavily implies that they all know exactly what it means.

He isn't, and it's even in his words. "You know, the one in OUR dreams." OUR being the key. How does Tup know that all clones have this nightmare, and why does Fives react to it as if he knows, despite his chip being inactive? He even talks about the "mission" when he dies, and his chip is removed by then. Besides that, if the other clones didn't know, why zoom in on their helmets like they did? It's a weird directing choice to do that if they didn't have at least SOME idea of what he's on about.

this is what breaks my heart about the clones and order 66. they weren't all "cookie cutter" so to say. they weren't exact copies of each other or mindless expendable droids. they were each complex individuals with their own personalities beliefs and styles. they valued treasured the leadership and friendship of their jedi leaders hell some didn't even believe in the war and deserted or turned traitor. you got to see them as actual people who grew as characters during the show and got genuinely sad when they died. I mean sidious and count dooku planned on them being expendable tools for their plot and were genuinely surprised by the level of individuality within the clones hell it even posed a threat when fives discovered the truth of their plot. seeing all this complexity and character in the clones during the show and then on a whim in episode three they are all forced to kill their friends and leaders because of sidious' inhibitor chips. and after all their years of fighting and bonding and character growth. and after being forced against their will to turn on their friends they're thrown aside and replaced by the type of evil power they'd been fighting and dieing for years to stop takes over the republic. i think it makes them one of the biggest victims of palatines empire and the sith.

I remember when it was revealed that clones have chips in their heads, I thought that they've ruined the old canon In old canon there were many orders. Order 66 means "Jedi have betrayed the republic and they must be killed. There was even an order to kill Chancelor for betraying the republic. And it was an emotional moment for clones "We trusted them! We followed them everywhere! But now it all makes sense! So much brothers died because of the Jedi!". While there were also clones that didn't follow the order and joined the Jedi. But now, I like the idea of the chip more. "Order 66" basically removes free will from clones, which makes it even more sad. Clones were shown disobeying orders, if they didn't agree with them, but now they're basically forced to do everything they're told to do. Which makes it even more sad. No way a clone, that's basically a close friend of a Jedi, would suddenly thinkg "Oh! They betrayed us? Well, ok. We'll kill them now"

It just occurred to me. If Echo hadn't gone MIA at the citadel, I'm not sure if Fives would've been as close to Tup. The whole reason he accompanied Tup to Kamino in the second attempt to transport him there was because he said Tup was his best friend. We all know that Echo and Fives were basically best bros like Waxer and Boil, and while I'm sure Fives would've been good friends with Tup I don't think he'd be best friends with him. So now I wonder, would Fives had been there to uncover the plot against the Jedi, resulting in Ahsoka and Rex surviving Order 66 had it not been for Echo going MIA back at the citdal?

Ok, guys let’s clear this up, the clowns didn’t know about order 66 and the nightmares. Yes, the clones looked at each other but that’s because they were frightened it’s not that deep. People are looking for excuses to think about this. It isn’t confirmed canon otherwise it would be all over the Clone trooper bio. You have to remember that these clones can’t have nightmares, PTSD, or stress because they were designed to withstand that. It clearly says that too. My opinion is that however some clones did have nightmares but it was completely forgotten after they woke up. And when Tup snaps he remembers, same with fives and the rest of the clones during order 66.

We clearly see that Rex and Wolffe in Rebels have PTSD and trauma from the war. And it's very telling that Kix is the one who even brings up that Tup could have been suffering a break from stress. Kix is the medic, the one who treats people for injuries, he likely sees the others handling stress, and he also goes a bit crazy himself in the Umbara arc.

You know, when ever a clone is removing a chip from his head. A few clones would die before they tell the mission order 66. I mean, doesn't that ring a bell to any of you people, or does it somehow ticks you off!?😲

It is exhausting speaking when you're dying. It's why people on the verge of death are told not to speak.
