I love how this brutally shows some of the real flaws within the jedi order. Not just from the old republic but all the way to the prequel trilogy since anakins mum was left behind to be a slave despite the Jedi clearly having the power to do something about it since it was morally wrong but choosing not to

@@dingleberry4234 It's especially frustrating because the Sith academy missions in KotoR 2 even makes a point of their flaws. A lot of Sith turn to the dark side intending to use that power to do good, but the corrupting nature of the dark side quickly makes them lose sight of those good intentions. Before they even realize it, all they want is power. The only reason this isn't the case with Malgus is because of his personal view of the force. Malgus honestly believes that the true nature of the force is conflict. That everyone who thinks otherwise doesn't understand the force because their too caught up in their own ego. He doesn't care about power, because at his core he wants to "open the eyes of the misguided" and make them see the truth. Malgus *chose* this path specifically because of that philosophy, which puts him directly at odds with the selfish and greedy Sith of the empire.

@@Will008 I wouldn't even call that manipulation, in it's entirety. He was spitting fact, the Jedi confined her in an idealistic cage so that they could control her actions. All he said was "learn to see your own truth"
