I agree that this trailer really brought home the feeling of the end of the dynasty approaching and that SW stories after this will focus on characters other than those intimately connected to the Skywalkers 😭😭😭😭I'll miss them desperately but am also excited to explore other parts of that Galaxy Far, Far Away. 🤗 The look in Rey's eyes at the end seemed to contain something bittersweet and I'm dying to know what she's looking at. I agree with others, Rey is training on the Forest Moon, Endor. Remnants of Death Star is in the main planet, possible water planet. I read that Sith were looking into fighting death. Possible that Palpatine survived the fall when Anakin threw him into the power generators in Return of the Jedi planning for revenge and restore the Empire. C3PO has his protocol memory wiped out and reprogrammed as military droid, C3PX. Corporation that built C3P"s has different models from Protocols such as C3PO to military versions like C3PX. But I have an issue with it because Anakin when he was a kid build C3PO for his mom. How did he get the parts? I guess supply ships carrys parts of C3P's has stops on Tatooine.

DOAMA the Moon is also called Endor... like Yavin IV (Rebell base in Episode IV) too is also only a moon and the systems main planet Yavin is a gas giant And no, actually in (canon) books, Endor is described as mainly covered with woods, few mountains and only a few lakes, NO oceans

I have no hate whatsoever for those who liked The Last Jedi. I just wish I could reconcile how much the film’s treatment of Luke Skywalker’s character broke my heart. Saw the film with my close friend and his young nephew, and we had to spend the whole drive home trying to get him to stop crying over Luke’s death, and explaining to him that an uncle would never really try to kill his own nephew.... The prequel trilogy already was a huge let down for me, and what ever Lucasfilm thought that they could ignore the story treatment that George Lucas already gave them for the final trilogy... @@KatSonny No, that's just a question. Because I don't like that Filmmakers, especially the big ones can get away with, almost everything. Though enjoyment surely is subjective, you yourself are happy to admit the last Star Wars films had some issues, The last jedi, more so than TFA, and especially the former takes it, too, far. You are probably aware of the outrage among fans, regarding the treatment of beloved characters and lore; personally I think, that charcter development as it is presented by many, is not really the issue, as it shouldn't have been an issue in BvS, because a character that has become broken and jaded can have an intricate redemption arc, but it needs to be done right, BvS managed it nicely, TlJ didn't, I could explain how, but I'm not a hardcore SW, fan and this is getting long enough as it is. There are also major flaws in regards to filmmaking in general, specifically in the areas of characters and story. Some characters being, underdeveloped, interesting concepts mis- or un(der)used, or just badly written. Prime example of this being Admiral "Purple Hair" Holdo, the "tactical genious" and yet utterly incompetent 2IC or Rose, whos only purpise is to be moralizing in the most bland, basic and annoying level (both even myself, could have made more interesting). The story, could have been much more interesting, too, there were so many interesting theories, but, well, none of it happened. You might say it's all right, many of my criticisms only arose apon closer inspection, yet still they are valid, I can't persuade you, that your enjoynent isn't. Point is that all that potential is wasted, again and again, with movies or series that might still be enjoyable to some, but ultimately, should have been better, much better, as, as it stands for many, many of the recent high potential releases, were, for lack of better words, utterly shit. And it shouldn't keep happening, which it will because producing a bare "enjoyable" minimum is easy, beacause while it might not be good, it is at least completely safe to market and at least you xan expect it to be defended by those who got hooked on that bare minimum of enjoynent, especially not since a powehouse like Disney is involved. Excuse the rambling, hopefully its somewhat understandable. Objective flaws are hard to describe to someone who denies their existence or at least their importance, while trying to be as discriptive and unbiased as possible (latter being additionally troublesome), but I'll happily try. Hopefully i could explain why negativity is not unwarrented in this day and age. I just want to see something really good again, not something that says it is, therefore should be accepted as such but actually is not at all.

Anakin had much more tondo with him and Padmé with 3PO, even when they were the property of the other 😅 which is already quite ironic Furthermore, 3PO is quite a chatterbox 🙄 which R2 definitely isn‘t Given the red eyes from the trailer of 3PO and the dagger in Rey’s hands there was already material leaked, which could be a Sith artifact or something VERY old to definitely kill Palpatine; I rather think they need a specific art of very old language/communication and need to upload this into 3PO and perhaps overwrite parts of his persona to get it work

Yeah, that is totally true. R2 has had secret information stored in him multiple times and BB even did it once, so we thought it might be 3PO’s turn this time around 😅 And they did wipe his memory after RoTS, so it would be interesting if that’s what they need to restore or find again - so that they can draw in some stuff from the prequels. The red eyes could definitely also signify something like a “combat mode”, and then that early poster with 3PO holding a crossbow suddenly makes more sense haha. But yes that dagger looks very familiar! You think it is the Mortis dagger? That would make sense, if they need it for Palpatine. I’m all for the plot involving Sith artifacts and mysterious relics like that 👍 / Sonny

That's what Luke did. He confronted his fear in TLJ. And not after 30 years, so quit lyin, but something like a decade or so. Don't you want your characters to have an ounce of an arc? Or do you want them to be stagnant? Unchanging? I'd prefer for my characters not to be brought back for pure nostalgia and to be useless but actually have and story to them. To actually have a purpose and a message in their continuing journeys. I don't want an infallible perfect Luke. I want something new, something interesting and complex. Something that is subversive, yes. But like the best subversion, see early GOT as an example, i want it to be actually intelligent, and to have meaning, and not just be a haha gotcha. And I got that in TLJ. I guess you didn't get what you want, that's a shame. But what that has resulted in is that I often see people like you misinterpret, misunderstand or mischaracterise these new movies. Stuff like what you just said. Or stuff like saying that what the villian, ie the person who is wrong, is saying is the message of the movie when obviously no it's not. The message isn't let the past die, because bad guys aren't the ones who are right in movies. Rant over, sorry that got long.

This has always been a difficult topic for me to discuss, and as a star wars fan it really pains me to say that for the first time in my life im not interested in a star wars movie coming out soon. That being said, i respect everyone that likes the sequel trilogy and wants to see this movie. To be against that would be uncalled for as a fan. However, after seeing how the sequel trilogy has panned out and wat i feel is disney’s cheap attempt to get back angry fans i cannot feel one bit excited. I actually laughed when i saw the resistance on horses on the surface of the star destroyers. And bringing back palpatine is an obvious cash grab by disney to try and make more money seeing that their last movie failed to even break even. The palpatine move really irritates me as in Ep 8 the message was kill the past. Yet they r bringing back a past character not to forget lando too. So disney and this movie will not go by the message they went by hence the movie will not fit in thematically as well. Visuals look good, i cannot lie on that but how many hollywood trailers look good only to watch the movie? Another point i would like to bring up is disneys lazy approach to world building. Say wat u want about the prequels but the worlds there were amazing, each different in its architecture and the societies living there. Imagine if the writers of dark had been able to write the sequel trilogy. The sequel trilogy should have been an experience unlike anything seen before.

I especially watch the vids with couples. Cuz I miss my last REAL girlfriend. (Soul-mate).... but good thing is? Contrary to popular belief? We all on this planet have at minimum 1,400 compatible souls to interact and or mate with. The adulterous task is the process of "!trial and error", love lost and heart break, or searching and finding love ( soul mate) again! I said all that to say this. You can tell when two people(male/female.) are truly in love and made for each other. By the way they look alike, like the same $#it, react at the same time, finish each other's sentences, blink at the same time...etc.etc.. And also... have you ever noticed? Whenever two soul mates have offspring? They ALWAYS literally look like "clones" of you? That's real. That's love. And that's what I miss. That's what the underlying message is of All the"Star Wars " movies is portraying to the " un-initiates "... Love is "God".. And the power of that, is the most POTENT "force " in the known universe 🙂
