I would say that the Goa'uld is no match for the Galactic Empire cause the weapons of the Star Destroyers is probably far more powerful than the Goa'uld's weapons. The Asgard has much better technology than the Empire and also the Tau'ri when they used Asgard plasma beams And the Replicators would defeat the Empire easily
