I liked their idea to put this story sometime after the events of Episode 9. This is one of my favourite Visions' episodes even if it did use the cliche "the Jedi are destroyed and must be reborn". The story took a common idea and made it interesting. Visions (and the first book of the High Republic era - I haven't read the rest yet) are the proof that Star Wars can thrive if the proper people are given the appropriate freedom to create their "vision".

I know but the creators already said that it takes place (non-canon of course) after Episode 9. I know it isn't canon (yet) but I couldn't care less. Visions was great and I would love it if they did more episodes. Revan is already canon (he was mentioned in Episode 9 (I think) visual dictionary. As for the remake.. oh I can't wait for it!
@evanskan63263 жыл бұрын
I agree but it doesn't have to be canon. Sometimes canon works against the creator. Why not have two Star Wars "universes". George Lucas said in an interview that the EU Star Wars wasn't his Star Wars. He created what we call the "canon" storyline but also let others to create their own (and he borrowed stuff from them). He gave guidelines, some he considered part of the canon but not everything. Remember the hate he received because the prequels made some Fett stories obsolete? I never understood all this "is it canon" mania. Don't make canon stories. Make great stories. If some aren't canon then it is ok. No big deal. Besides, if people want everything so connected... we have the World Between Worlds which could easily solve that issue. Parallel "worlds" that don't have to intertwine with one another.

And after you watch this you get more questions than answers. What happened to the jedi and the lightsabers? Who rules the galaxy? What war they want to stop? Where are jedi masters? Maybe Grogu here may be a jedi master considering age of their species. What about politics of this galaxy? And Kara here is what Rey should have been. "A lightsaber - any weapon - only achieves worth in how it is wielded - in the effort, the struggle of one who holds it. Such a weapon does not make a Jedi or a Sith. And at times, it makes them much, much less than they are." - Kreia The Force had always called to her family. For without it, one could never make a true lightsaber. Its energy depended upon its maker's connection to the flow of the Living Force, and her father had become a sabersmith, a savant craftsman of the weapon in its greatest degree. This is why the Sith enslaved their family, ensuring such weapons would only ever be made in service of their regime that was the very reason the Jedi and their light had all but vanished from the galaxy. At least, that was the pretense her family had to maintain under the rule of the Margrave, up until now a man who maintained allegiance to the Sith, even as he concealed his true intentions. All she could do was hope the secret misson was really true, and hide until then. Is there any wonder why Kara, despite her deep connection to the Living Force and her childhood-long familiarity with her father's weapons, felt so far from it? Her whole life was one of invisibility, never showing one's true colors lest you pay the price. Destiny hadn't chosen her yet. But the time when hiding was no longer possible, her home and father torn away by the winds of chaos. But unlike others who would turn to the darkness in spite, she chose her course and spread her wings into the coming stormfront, and the Force answered in kind, launching her aloft on the winds Destiny had blown. And now from here she could now see clearly for the first time. Her gifts were not absent, only hidden and grown until the proper time. Perhaps one chooses their Destiny as much as it chooses them, and as we draw near to the Force, it draws near to us. This is the tale of Lah Kara the Consular, *The Ninth Jedi* (Written by ThePaladinAuthor)

Give me a crossover with characters from most of the episodes. Kara from The Ninth Jedi, F from The Village Bride, Lop from Lop and Ocho, Dan from The Elder, and a new Season Two character. Squad UP

How many years after the Battle of Endor does the Ninth Jedi take place?

@@nickter745thebold8 i’m pretty sure the ninth jedi takes place long before episode 1.

@@nickter745thebold8 Not sure it matters, seeing as none of Visions is canon

@@nickter745thebold8 A long long time after, in a galaxy far away! Basically kind of like the Old Republic period, there's nothing canon there and you could have your fun without being tied up to the last 9 movies

She was ready to box 6 sith warriors at the same time with little to no training. If that doesn't embody the light side of the force i don't know what did

my favorite ep of Visions: great music, storyline, and I love how when one lightsaber is in the hands of a force user the blade will change depending on their connection. this would make for a good movie or TV series. And Kara, your one with the Force and the Force is with you...

To me, this episode describes lightsabers as they should have been all along. Not just something that anyone can pick up and use.

I think the entire concept of forging or working on Kyber Crystals very fascinating, making it like a thermostat for Anger and/or the Dark side as a whole!!!
