I’d like to see a story with aliens interacting with ancient humans.

There was one simpler story of theirs that you are asking. summary aliens around the galaxy worship ancient beings that left their technology's on their planets (which they called ruins) and achieved space exploration. Humanity recently joined but didn't have the ruins like the other species and had to achieve space exploration by themselves. A small group of navy marine were give a task to investigate a planet ruled by warlords/pirates of the galaxy with a city built around had a large ruin which the aliens considered it as a temple and any kind of conflict big or small within the temple will result in a destructive death due to the temples automatic security measures to kicking in but when the small group entered the temple a malfunction happened in one of the section of the temple where the group was basically locking the group between to doors and was told that it can only by opened by the ancient beings genetic code and panic roses result in a small conflict but nothing happened, the security measures of the temple did not kick in puzzled by it, one of the doors opened by one of the temples ancient engineers of the temple and bowed to the the group and said welcome back my masters. It was revealed that the temple was actual a world class battleship called the "USS.Starship Behemoth of the United Nation Federation" and the ancient beings that the aliens worshiped was humanity.
