I've worked at a Dunkin as a shift lead, so I already have "some" coffee knowledge. But this video alone shows me there are quite a few differences in their standard build and SB standard builds. Definitely glad you made this video, because going into my new job this info alone has been super helpful 👌 This way I can let the new info sink in before training and I have a slight idea of what to expect. The quizzes actually help too 😅

An excellent video. May be it would be helpful to do a video on what the responsibilities are for a drive thru worker at Starbucks. Also I like the chocolate cream cold brew with cold foam on top.. that will be a good lesson on a how to.
