@OhioVworld4 ай бұрын
Bc they’re unskilled workers working for a publicly traded company.
@sansin62503 ай бұрын
That's why they had to raise prices, which led to their downfall. A publicly traded company has to show increasing profit margins. The new CEO they hired, will get paid 5 times more than the old CEO, so now they have to raise prices even more to afford him 😆
@AkashYadavOriginal4 ай бұрын
Now he can meditate from the moment he wakes up till the time he goes back to sleep. Although he has made enough money to never work again. This is the reason why big companies fail. They are so big and very slow to react. He should've been replaced the day his interview came out. But he had enough time to accumulate enough fortune to last generations. While destroying the stock price.
@gregmolnar63185 ай бұрын
It's so impressive that he shows up to meetings early. I wonder if he waits in his freezing cold car in the dead of winter for his co-workers to show up to walk into the building? Maybe he would allow us to meditate between customers in drive-thru during peak?

He never said he doesn't work past 6pm - he said that it needs to be a high bar and something important if it's keeping him away from family. Essentially, he doesn't do busy work or non-essential work during this time. Also most CEOs do this - or have this part of their daily schedule. The portrayal has been that he does absolutely nothing after 6pm under any circumstances.

Yesterday I ordered coffee -- a vanilla bean with one shot of espresso. It was $7. I asked, "why so much," and the attendant said: " because you added a shot of coffee." I then said: "but I only wanted one shot, not two. He said, well, the base "drink doesn't have coffee." He stated that they "pump" coffee flavor into the vanilla bean, and that the real coffee shot would be extra! I'm like -- I don't want a pump. This is why Starbucks will fail.
@bigblackron4 ай бұрын
I impulse bought one of their sugary drinks a few months ago, and i thought it tasted artificial. I would go a few times a week before they raised prices. service is a problem as well. My book store has a Starbucks, but the staff are so overworked, Its less stress to walk across the street to McDs a grab a coffee.
@americanprincess8513 ай бұрын

I have been a customer of Starbucks for over 10 years. I go to Starbucks at least once a day: I go through the drive-thru and get a venti strawberry açaí refresher with water and a butter croissant. I feel like this business is cheating me...there could be healthier, more authentic food products on the menu. I go through this drive-thru for the convenience and also for the American culture (daily thing to do), and not because of the good prices, or healthy food options. I wish there would be changes...

Starbucks is very, very close to my heart. I'm a shareholder here, and visit several times a week. I truly love the products. There are a lot that are incredibly nutritional, and the innovative work that all do drives me as well. Laxman. As a former barista myself, I did have to chuckle a bit, when I saw you acting as one. Was this just for the picture, or, do you go behind the bar on a regular basis? I do hope that it's as often as you conceivably can. Great work. Keep it up!
