It's an 'honors system' in the UK... It's quite common. You simply take it up to the front counter, let them know what you got, and they ring you up for it. :)

It's difficult to explain where exactly, but at a service station on the way back from Cardiff 😂 It was at the petrol station just after the services area.

There’s also one in big Sainsburys by Deal station! I cant tell ya how good it is because i got a cuppa not a coffee!

At this location, you take your drink to the checkout to pay. Many places in the UK are like this for self serve coffee machines.
