Today's baking is a simple scone. You all like scones, right? The scone I made this time is a chocolate chip scone that is not dry, moderately soft, and crispy on the outside.
I made it in a different shape in the Starbucks scone style I've tried before. It was the best taste!
Starbucks style chocolate chip scone (7 pieces)
Ingredient
225g Cake flour
6g Baking powder
0.5g Salt
50g Sugar
75g Unsalted butter
75g Plain yogurt
35g Heavy cream
70g Chocolate
190℃(374℉), 15-18 minutes
Preparation
1. Cut the unsalted butter into cubes and put it in the freezer.
2. Measure the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
