It makes sense, that's how powerful Zagara has become. She's been buffing up on Char the whole time and Abathur's enhancements made her even stronger. You'll note she says she could be a threat, not equal, just a threat. If you do the Char missions first then by the end Zagara is much stronger than Kerrigan, but not as good a leader so she holds back. Basically by the end of the Char missions Zagara is around the power level of the old Queen of Blades but weaker than the Primal Queen of Blades.

The multiple choice in WoL was terrible. There were so many possibilities that the story couldn't take them into account and so each storyline was treated completely separated which lead to characters acting as if they didn't know things they should know and questioning why they were going to do things they already knew why they had to do.

Stukov didnt get down with his ship. It was DuGalle. Stukov was shot by Duran in the Psi Disruoptor corridors. And in a funeral his body was released into space. :)

why not grab the Science vessel with the infesters as well as any good terran units to bulk up you units ( also medivac / medics to heal zarg units and some scv's ( so you can make a Zarg Terran base and all units & strucshers ECT... can be alot of fun ( as you can do this with terran vs zarg + offer way around but i think the protozz are the only ones that can controll all unit types ( can incress you max army to 200 + for each type you take ( ie teren base build by an infested SCV gives you all off what the terran army has / can build ( same with zerg and protozz ) just would have been fun to see you do that as not alot of players do try to uses the abiltys to controll the over sides units and build exter units / base's and make a mix race of all units ) i used it a lot back in brood wars and then in SC2 even with the protozzand zarg not fully the same anyway good game injoying the run of Heart of the storm G.

The "Spawn banelings" is one of Kerrigan's most powerful abilities! It has good range and with the Increased Area mutation you pretty much drop a tactical nuke on your enemies every few seconds. Six banelings immediately exploding on enemy lines without ever getting shot down is super powerful. Try it!

One of the more practical use zergling reconstitution is ling infester. Where zerglings are used as sacrifice to the blood god or meat shield when the time comes. Because AI Terran mostly attack in small group of powerful unit and base defence mostly rely on stacking tanks, infesters are pretty effective with their free energy.

"unaware" is an adjective (a modifier to a noun), whilst "unawares" is an adverb (a modifier of an adjective/verb). "was she unaware?" (it modifies "she"). "she was caught unawares" (it modifies caught not she) Other adverbs for example are towards, backwards and afterwards. Of course all of this is very old styles of grammar. The adding of a suffixed "s" to form an adverb comes from Old English. So it is really just another deeply odd grammar rule that is regularly broken and forgotten. It doesn't really matter these days.

Agree. Wild mutation OP if you're massing Mutas, but free banelings if you're going anything else. Mend is only really good with units that have high health like roaches cause they dont die before you heal them. Same reason you dont get the regeneration on the banelings - zerglings have too little HP and die before you can get much value from the healing, all other ranged units are too far away to really benefit from it.

Yes but you saw the damage output from splitterlings. 40 damage for prime bane, 5x2 for the splitters so an extra 10 damage total. Both do double damage to the main target with that mutation, keeping the ratio the same. +25% damage doesn't sound like a good tradeoff for closing more rapidly and not getting cut off from targets.

Stukov's survival and infested state was teased in a couple of downloadable Brood War Map of the Week releases where he was briefly seen by some pirates raiding a research facility and later sent some mercenaries to eliminate the pirates. Then, in a co-op mission that was only available on the Starcraft 64 console port, it was explained that a Cerebrate experimentally resurrected him as an Infested Terran. Raynor and a group of Protoss successfully deinfested him during the mission. Very few Starcraft fans ever got the chance to play it. But basically he was captured and further experimented on by an old friend of ours with a backwards name.

This is why "caught unawares" is correct, as it's describing the action. It's an odd duck in English, though, as most adjectives turn into adverbs with the "-ly" suffix. "unawarely" is not really a thing, though English is developed descriptively so it could become a word in the future. You can actually say "caught unaware" as well and be correct, too.

The nice thing I see about regenerative acid is that you don't need to micro your other units out of the way before they explode. You can just throw them right into the middle of the fray and don't need to worry about any of your other units dying.

First 2 are available normally as 1-3 Use Map Settings maps withing map folder. 3rd one was secret mission for Starcraft 64 (SC for Nintendo 64), but there is fan-made (quite well) for PC version of the game.

Lowko, the spawn banelings can help u get to like 25 free hunter banes every 30s when used along with abil efficiency, which is 1k AoE damage vs units and 2k AoE damage vs buildings, it's worthy in some particular missions, remember even with 1s of life left, the spawned hunter banes can still do all the damage they're supposed to.

Now that the UED has been mentioned in the main plot, I got some fun lore about them to share. The Koprulu sector is space Austraila. The Terrans are the descendants of a bunch of convicts that got shot out into space and had to rebuild society based off the data/resources in their ships. As such they would logically be far behind Earth tech wise since Earth's scientific development would keep on going during that Terran downtime and they would have more scientists/local colonies to get stuff from. While they use the same units as the Terrans in BW for gameplay purposes, the in universe explanation for that from Metzen was that the UED only sent a small fleet that took over local production and left their big guns behind (and he made a mention of them having what he called "Uber Tachyon lasers") There's been a few hints about this in universe 1)If you checked the Spartan Company description in WoL, you'd see it said they were a remnent of the UED fleet, all the other merc descriptions talk about how they're the best people using overcharged equipment but not with SC. Theirs more implies that SC is the UED's standard Goliaith (and note that SC is BW tech, see how much Terran anti air IE Wraith to Viking improved in that time) 2)The Protoss freaked out a little when scanning the Aleksander in episode 4 since the Aleksander is the one big thing the UED brought with them and it's more powerful then any Terran weapons (No surprise it's more useful then the Hyperion in co-op) 3)Terrrans actually had the tech to make medics since before episode 1, they were just more like the regenerators from Star Trek as opposed to the UED medics who's healing beam can zap all the bullets/acid out of you in seconds. This gets reflected if you use medics in episode 1 in the Starcraft 1 remake Mass Recall, they're absolute shit compared to the UED medics, no range, weaker heals, more energy usage. The UED just brought along a version of their home tech that Dominion factories could replicate. 4)The UED easily hacked the dominion data network in BW despite any tech divergence since they have more advanced computers, in SC2 only one guy can do that and it takes him time (Col Orlan) Also not UED related but I'll throw Karax a bone here for hacking Mobious systems in two minutes in Lotv despite having no experience with the Terrans prior to the events of that campaign. 5)The fact that they took over the overmind (even if it was a baby version, doubt even the Protoss could take over a mature one)

Between the 2 banelings, it really depends on what you chose for zerglings and how you use kerrigan's ability. I find some situations when hunter are better, but more often than not, I go splitters. What I don't know is if the hunter damage still counts if it's killed midjump. 43:20: Slightly disappointed you didn't go for malignant creep. there's no more missions that it would help much now. And whatever you do, please discover the lemon juice easter egg.

I always go for the hunter. These things' leap gives them range and since they die on attack, you get more use out of your banelings since more will die via their kamikaze rather than die from getting shot. Sure they miss targets running away but by that point normal banelings wouldn't have been able to catch them anyways.

Hunter Strain sounds cool, but functionally is a debuff. It's easiest to see when a hunter baneling is chasing a fleeing target, it will constantly leap towards to to attack (explode), but if the target continues to move, then the bane doesn't explode and just keeps trying leap on to its target, never actually hitting it. It's silly, but something I've noticed on multiple missions where I made some and can be seen here at 28:08 and 42:20. Splitter is the better choice simple because of this, let alone increased damage output (and potentially healing if mutation is selected).

you should've considered using your infestors to take over medivacs when they come to drop those units off.. deny the drop altogether and give your army some healers :).. later waves taking over siege tanks also helps future defences.
