The siege tank dying leading to a lost is so sad. Really feel like special should had invested in a few tower to detect byon mouvement but I guess he might not be able to afford it especially after losing a few base still having gas

That feels like the argument for not having Ravens. That one small cost, routinely saves you hundreds/thousands in resources. I have yet to see a game where a 100/100 expenditure cost them the match. A Raven, if played correctly despite the extra gas costs, can kill/disable/weaken units in major engagements, saving you more than you spent.

@@IcariumGaming feel the same, issue for raven is also APM I guess but the oracle here didn’t ask much more APM just need to have it on the back and reveal enemy troops before the reveal expire when fighting from afar to force him to go into statics defence radius and storms Edit : oups wrong post believe it was my most recent patch on today KZbin video 😅 But still apply here for safe spot detection tower, and even more risky spot tower can pay themselves back if they die but prevent you bigger loss.

The siege tanks at the end didn't cost him the match. He was being nearly doubled in army supply, while also behind in resources. Byun mined the top left considerably, and the bottom right. So he was up two bases on SpeCial.

Lowko always seems to cast interesting TvT. It's my favorite match up to watch on his channel! I'm glad I haven't been tainted by the lame TvTs. The mass Viking focus was really cool! it was also cool to see pros actually land them in an applicable situation more than a few times. Also gotta love the Battlecruiser support in late game.

I love me some byun, but I sorta wish special would have won this since its the first time I see someone use vikings vaguely capably (landing ocasionally and sniping stuff with them) I'm still surprised people tend not to just land one or two in a clump of enemy tanks mid fight sometimes.

Why would SpeCial not put a reactor on that starport he's building vikings out of at 6:00? Reactor takes 36 seconds, viking takes 30. So in a minute and 6 seconds, you'd have 2 vikings with either build, the difference being without the reactor you'd be 6 seconds into making a third viking, but with the reactor you'd be ready to make your third and fourth at the same time.

Wouldnt it be cool to see Terran players move their production towards the expansion bases as the game goes? That way yhey could just abandon the original base and sort of frop-leap-turtle around the map?

I feel like this is a Terran advantage that has not been exploited. Especially to try to pull it off while maxed out and both armies are dancing around. Terran could move most of the important structures to the new mining bades and not have to spread out the army

@@shayj684 The pathing should work like that of land but there are many ways to ambush. It's kind of like putting your units in a hole. Unlike land you can traverse the whole land. There would have to be an advantage to having water on the map like it surrounds the outside and maybe cuts through the middle. (With bridges)
