Best-of-5 series of South Korean StarCraft 2 between GuMiho (Terran) and Dark (Zerg). This match is the finals of the ESL Open Cup 203 North America. GuMiho decides to build multiple Barracks on his opponent's side of the map in every game. Some good ol' Terran cheese.

I swear Dark got GPS deviced installed on Gumi SCVs or something, he ALWAYS knows where to scout the proxy racks from Gumi, same thing happened in GSL.

Gumi needs to place those proxies a little further out and at a worse angle for overlord scouting, like the corner base areas, a little further to run but he can mass the marines unscouted better

I think it's at about 10 marines that it's worth it to waste the time for building more of them for a tech lab to go into stimpack instead. If Gumi had stimpack for his marines in game nmbr 2 I think he would have won, even if that had meant 2 less marines.

I'm guessing that GuMi just doesn't think he can beat Dark straight-up, but especially with the way Dark scouted it immediately every time, that almost felt like match-fixing. (Again...not saying it is.)

The second game is so odd to me. I feel like adding 1 tank and a banshee or two while containing Dark to 2 bases is basically an insta gg the second the banshee arrives

This was such an early rush that he didnt have the resources. Would mean less marines and 1 tank can be easily shut down with corrosive biles by the Zerg. A single banshee can easily be shut down by Queens as well
