Sadly I couldn't edit the music on the briefings so it kinda sounds messed up. Also I don't have time to mod the voice files to the maps for now so maybe I'll probably do that later. For now I'll share the source of voice models I used in this video.

AI Voice Acting had already been used before. The issue is just when a character had voice acting from a human, and you having no way to recreate it well enough with an AI.

Unironically, this sounds really well made. Are you going to add AI voice acting to the rest of Blizzard's canonical maps? There was also Deception, Resurrection IV and Enslavers II - these 2 bonus maps and second bonus campaign are, as far as we know, canon, at least I like to include them into this category. Artanis, Jim Raynor and Infested Stukov play main roles in Resurrection IV, Infested Stukov also has a cameo in Deception. Enslavers II brings back our old pal Zeratul, Mojo, Schezar and introduces Ulzeraj as the main antagonist and he's a canonical character too. If there are any other canon singleplayer custom maps then let me know, I can't think of anything else.

The quality is very good, there are many campaigns that could use this method. Please consider doing like Legends of Arkain from Warcraft 3 next. Edit; This campaign needs to be modernized a little. They give you like 2 probes in final mission? Like really, 2 probes?

And heck, when i was younger, when the mission in broodwar where we destroyed the command center and almost had mengsk in custody, i always imagined there would be lines for him that he's a actually good star pilot and he'd be making "political" styled quotes going "May the sons of Korhal Thrive" "Acknowledged" "battlestations!" something like that Heck you gotta make a voice line mod for Alexei! It was really dissappointing when i got him as he's only the stock ghost voices.

They sound a little wooden, I think AI still got some room for development, but other that it's great. So much possibilities to voice the fan campaigns, especially the ones featuring the main cast, like adventures of Raynor & Fenix throwing down with the best of them, one of best bromances in history.

AI is not going to replace voice actors, people will never value artificially generated voices over a genuine work of an actor or actress. It is, however, kinda useful for niche user generated content like old StarCraft custom maps, where it's impossible to bring back the voice cast from over 25 years ago, but the quality of the voice doesn't matter as much as trying to replicate the approximate authenticity of those previous voice actors, made for small community of fans only and isn't going to make any money anyway.

Sounds excellent, aside from "Auir" being mispronounced. May need to substitute the word "Ire" or "Ireland" for Auir when inputting the game text, and remove the "Land" part from the AI voice clip, if Ireland is used. Furthermore, a few thoughts: the protoss voices have a reversed reverb effect that doesn't seem to be audible here. Additionally, the Science Vessel voice uses Mr. Burns' voice actor from The Simpsons basically unchanged, so that might be a good place to get Magellan's voice model.

Well, I'm not sure I would be able to tell if I didn't know it's AI generated. Sure, it lacks emotion and acting, but so do many real actors when working on rushed projects (hint hint, SC2). Long story short, it's amazing. My only "complaint" (and it's not even a complaint, more a subjective observation) is that Mojo could be based on Aldaris or Artanis. Might be interesting to see what a mix of infested Kerrigan would do with the result. Anyway, the results are far better than I thought they would be. Could you do something with Zeratul? I would so love to hear more of that powerful yet serene voice of the late Mr. Ritschel. Perhaps just replacing all SC1 characters with his voice. Or maybe even more fun, switcharoo with the voices - Overmind by Zeratul, Zeratul by Overmind, Aldaris by Artanis, Kerrigan by Zasz etc. At least for those who have enough lines in the game to actually train the AI.

Hmm not sure if you're using elevenlabs but if so, I would suggest lowering stability to produce a more natural voice. Adding quotation marks per sentence also brings out more personality to the voice.

FYI, you can modulate the voice "enthusiasm" by now. The Protoss voices need some echo added in, there is software for that.

Well, to their defense, it worked because Mengsk has too much pride and immediately reacted to it, which gave it away. There's also the possibility many thought it was fake news because voice recordings can still be fabricated and faked. Mengsk still rules over the Terrans after WoL ends, after all. He probably didn't have to deal with an uprising for that reason - people don't know if that recording was fake or true, and the context of "I will rule this sector or see it burnt to ashes around me" was in part, missing. It's also possible there's a way to detect whether the recording was falsified or not and Kate already did that (which may be why she used a recorder to play it back).

I only notice this now, but... Mengsk telling you not to save the protoss not because he doesn't trust them but because he only wants to help them later for some reason... Mojo sonehow contacting you while being in stasis... a robotic unit in a stasis cell... this story has more holes than Swiss cheese.

@stylesrj, @ExecutorNral, what do you think of this? ---- Meanwhile, in StarCraft Alternate: A young Cerebrate who was left a bit mentally damaged after the Overmind was overthrown is tasked by Kerrigan of the burgeoning Infinity Swarm to deal with a renegade Cerebrate (let's call him Auza after the one assimilated by Atticus Carpenter) causing trouble with plots to convince other Cerebrates to join him and merge into a new Overmind. And it turns out he has made an alliance with a Protoss contingent (or maybe he somehow enslaved the Executor's mind, like Kerrigan did with Raszagal in canon?) In any case, Kerrigan doesn't find this amusing at all, and sends Kukulza and Matriarch to assist the Cerebrate's efforts in quelling the threat, primarily the Protoss Nexus spotted holding one Ulrezaj, who has managed to escape the Conclave's hold. That's when a distress signal from one Tom Kazansky comes in, warning not to kill Ulrezaj for he has a killswitch that will put ALL of Auza's enemies in trouble. Kerrigan tells the Cerebrate to ignore it and deal with the Terran later. If Ulrezaj is slain, Kazansky tells them that the Executor there was actually a decoy. Auza and Ulrezaj are already en route to Tarsonis to raid some secret facility (which turns out to have tech that the two think is important for their plans). The Cerebrate's Brood heads there to try and stop this wretched alliance, only for General Edmund Duke to get in the way, having heard Kazansky's second message. He tells the Zerg to back off while he handles Auza and Ulrezaj, but Kerrigan won't let him stand in her way, and it becomes a melee a trois (Infinity Swarm vs. Auza's Brood and Ulrezaj's Tribe vs. Confederacy Forces). If however the Cerebrate decides to bail out Kazansky, turns out he was using an experimental transmitter carried by his men (while he's still stuck inside his his Wraith at a faraway base under Auza's control). He then tells them of a twist: it's actually Ulrezaj in charge of the alliance, and he intends to use stolen Terran tech to control Cerebrates and with it and his Protoss tech create a new Overmind and enslave it. Oh, and acquire tech that can sever more Protoss from the Khala to join his cause. Because the Cerebrate thinks differently, it decides to aid the Terrans and free Kazansky, Magellan, and one Gen. Hammer (predecessor of Sgt. Hammer from Heroes of the Storm, if we can't get Alabama herself) from their Stasis Cells, and maintain an alliance with them. They then all head to the secret Terran facility, where the plots of Ulrezaj and Auza are already in motion. They also managed to find an experimental cloning machine that was (accidentally) set to spawn Warbringers on the regular (to compensate for it's slow speed and because I'm not sure if the AI will know to use Shuttles to ferry it) (and they don't know how to disable it without destroying it). Either way, despite all opposition being removed, both Ulrezaj and Auza manage to escape to fight another day. The fate of the odd-thinking Cerebrate is unknown. But since the path where you side with the third race is canon, I'd like to think that it, Kukulza, and Matriarch decide to strike out on their own.
