Good video, though I disagree about SC1 being the best intro RTS game. Admittedly I'm bias as SC2 is my favorite, but I do think SC2 has a whole lot of quality of life improvements that SC1 doesn't have. The more than 12 unit selection alone! Also, WoL is free now too for those who want to try it out before spending money. Could make for a better intro into the RTS series IMO.

Starcraft 1's Single Player is way easier and more shallow than even Starcraft II''s was. That's the funny part, thats why it took off. Literally anyone could play it and get into it. Now just because the multiplayer is an esport now, doesn't mean that it wasn't the gateway back then and I see no reason why that's changed now.

Yeah, well it kind of presumes you've finished the base game of course. I think it even warns you to do so, if you try to play it and your base campaign is not finished.
