Enjoying the series! Some answers: - Noise is produced only by other beings walking by. It's a short and light debuff. - If you click the Favorites text in the material list on the right, a popup with instructions how to modify that list will show up. (CTRL + click material in ui) - To figure out why Bob couldn't reach their bed, you can select the dog and hold CTRL + hover the mouse over any location, a pathfinding preview will happen. - You can mark a teleporter as designated for trade by going into its UI element that says "linked". - For resolving CPU deficit quicky I usually keep one extra CPU module disconnected as a backup. - To remove crawler eggs from a colonist you have to remove or replace stomach and intestines. Newer version of the game will start showing "Alien Parasites" condition for infected colonists. - If you had a Radar, you'd immediately see the types of all planet resources without having to explore each one.

Woaah. Nice to know that you can see pathfinding. Also I had issue where haul tasks for organs in a giant pile of organs and bodies were getting cancelled.

Quill's determination to only read half of any message is really getting in his way on this one, both in how long it took to realize it was the animals complaining about noise, as well as his determination to research "memory", which doesn't actually help with the research storage situation.

I just keep reminding myself that talking and playing is like texting and driving. Constantly in a rush, didnt even mouse over the weird "favorites" item on the quick inventory list that explains how to add new things to the list.

Quick tip: you can select what materials you keep track of on that left sidebar the same way you can pin/unpin stuff from the bottom toolbar: ctrl-click. Also, the shuttle room doesn't need to have it's walls torn down, you can just remove some floors instead. Also also avoid leaving your solar panels outside so that people aren't outside cleaning when you move, and also don't leave them inaccessible by for our else only you flying drones can clean them.

Perhaps also put some floors over the holes, to the room you're building a normal door to? Also might want to consider making a power connection to that airlock you made next to the upper solar panels?

Old game, Space Quest 2 (spoilers ahead for a late 80s game) you can get attacked by an alien but doesn't appear to do much. When you get through another bit of the game, the fresh born alien comes out and you die. A take on Alien but had played it young enough I didn't watch those movies yet and was really annoyed to die. Thinking back they made it just like the movie alien and probably will be Marley's experience as well in the ship.
