@@a_a3189 he was who I went with in my first playthrough, and I was so struck by his sincerity and sweetness that I was hooked! Lol I even tried to do the “cool” thing and marry Sebastian in another save file… well I was so underwhelmed with his whole personality and obsession with frogs (I hate frogs) that I divorced, made my kids fives, wiped everyone’s memory, and began again and got my Harvey back. :) hehe

@@riahtrinity1168 My first playthrough I married Sebastien and didn't like his personality either. I deleted that save (bc I felt bad divorcing him) and completely restarted for Harvey. I was in year 2-3 at the point I restarted.

I would absolutely LOVE to see Gab get Krobus as a roommate/platonic partner. His scenes are adorable, and his dialogue with the farmer is so heartfelt. It seems far more genuine and more caring than any romancable character's dialogue, in my opinion. Instead of giving a mermaid pendant to a villager, you get an item from the desert merchant and give it to Krobus and he moves in with you. If you have kids from a previous partner, he even helps you care for them and raise them! And if you take him to the movies, he shows up in a disguise. It's adorable. He's honestly the best partner in the game. If Gab doesn't do the Krobus route this time, I'd even be okay with her starting a new save JUST to experience the Krobus partner/roommate path and cheat hearts/money/items to get it.

Haleys route is by far my favorite. The sheer amount of character development is delightful. She only has like 3 mean lines in the whole game and as you get to know you you start to see its all a defense mechanism. Its my favorite bachelorette in the game with Abigail being a very close second

The doughnuts for BB you need to tie it tight and then knot it down. My cat had to wear one for months (rescue with a BAD injury) and that it is the only way I could get it to stay on him. Otherwise it would be off so fast. He learned how to use it like a pillow and it was so dang cute. Yeah had to go against my instincts and knot it down.

My favorite thing about this update is the the Big chests! A game changer on storage space. Especially when you have multiple chests for things like foraging,crops, and fish (I like to keep everything I own) it helps so much to reduce that land space

My heart dropped when I thought the treasure was lost while she was fishing but of course she came back with a fishing master vengeance and got the treasure and the fish. I always love these epic fishing moments and excited to see more this playthrough! So great to see Stardew again! This is always so relaxing. ❤

Was so excited to see this in my feed but held of a few days while I started my own new farm. My chickens were called Shrimp and Tiny [which is crazy as I had a cat called Tiny that sadly passed away a couple years ago and while it makes me a little sad to see I don't like the idea of changing it either. The update has been so fun. Like playing the game for the first time again. On Autumn 1 of Year 1 atm. The new farm is so nice. Love the waterfall and lake.

Loving to see Stardew back in action! I had a sick cat, who had back surgery, who also needed to wear sweaters. One of the best things was actually to buy baby clothes, cut and sew it to size! Is easier than what it sounds! Stopped him tearing stitches out and also looked adorable in the process 😅

The lava farm is very interesting: you would have the pros of never needing to buy a heater for you barns/coops, having your crops never die out during the winter- though you would need to create boxed up dirt places for your plants (Robin will give you five free) and a well (which will be installed prior. downsides would be needing to water your crops everyday or they’ll burn and not being able to have trees or wooden fences but having everything made of stone- but having a lot of gems around

i didn't want to watch the series before playing the update myself and now (that i'm in year 2 lmao) i'm watching this. i'll be quite honest i want to leave everything behind and just watch this outside in the sun and be happy. these videos were always such a heart warming vibe to them, they got me into playing stardew myself which is now on my top 3 favourites list for a good reason. Stardew itself is a gem but the company of our resident Goobus makes it 100% better

For BB and him taking the donut off, I've heard of certain cones that you can attach to a collar. Maybe that's something to look into? You could maybe even sew some straps onto the donut so you dont have to buy a new one😊

Hi gabs, I use a glucose patch like BB. I have found the best thing for me (as they would come out as I slept) is a patch cover. They are like large plasters that I get from amazon. They do not affect functionality and will prevent them being pushed or scratched off. I hope that helps!

I love the black cat being named Jellybean. There's an old animal rescue story I read where a cat rescue named their black cats Jellybean to help with adoptions and it worked every time for them.
