is there a reason for selling directly to Pierre instead of using the shipping bin?(noob here)

I dont think there is a price difference, but you gotta wait for the next day to get money from shipping bin. If you dont want to wait you go to Pierre with crops, artisan goods etc. and to Willy if you want to sell your fish ...so on.
