He actually does that a lot. It may not be apparent. But the updates we got from 1.5 and 1.6 are all based on mods that were downloaded the most as quality of life improvements. For example the enchants on pickaxe being faster was a change because many people can't do animation cancelling. This and so many more over the last 2 updates show that he puts himself in the players shoes and tries to make it more fun/less tedious for the players. Really impressive that he takes so much effort to do so.

1:56 This QoL is mainly for fixing the iridium scythe melee range. before, when you use scythe to harvest mod, it was impossible to get the middle 4x4 hops. now with the range extended a little bit, it is possible to get all crops within 4x4 hops

This was a very informative video. Thank you! I have minor wants: 1. Widen the door to the farmhouse, at least to match the staircase. 2. An alternative method of picking up/moving furniture. 3. Dump all contents into a chest 😁 I do not decorate my house because I don't want to be trying to access a machine or the fridge and all of a sudden have a couch or painting in my hotbar.

I know this is a bit late but when i tried to search about a certain animal an npc dialogues in the wiki of 1.6 stardew valley, I hope you can find it. First, I accidentally saw a wild skunk like animal at night around the town's bushes when i was going home and then at the 2nd year hollow's eve i saw the dwarf hiding at the back at the bushes at the mountain side near of community center, I'm curious of what will the dwarf say if you use a cheat to get near him. I hope you can make a video about them cause i have never seen any videos of anything related to that.

Keep in mind that you can get the sapling back instead of destroying it now. That means that not only can you relocate them, you can plant them for a season, then dig them up and sell them. You will get more money this way. So in a way, they got the opposite of nerfed.
