Not everyone who uses a wheelchair is unable to stand. Plenty of wheelchair users can stand and even walk. They use the chair because it's too difficult, tiring, painful, and/or dangerous to stand and walk all the time. Whether they stand to pee would depend on the same factors.

The player walks to the shelf and retrieves the item for George. He thanks the player and a few moments of silence ensue. George then tells the player why he is in a wheelchair.

@@fondueyourself Yeah I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user because I have vertigo, fainting and dislocations from EDS that make standing and walking dangerous and painful. People always assume I'm paralysed and can't feel my legs and ask me 'what have you done' which is fucking weird. I still sometimes can't reach things from my chair, it doesn't mean I can never get out of it. So I still think it's relevant to explain in the context of George.
